• 1994 Chrysler, Ford, General Motors dezvolta un
standard comun care sa inlocuiasca:
– Ford Q-101,
– Chrysler's Supplier Quality Assurance Manual,
– GM's NAO Targets for Excellence,
– Truck Manufacturer's quality system manuals.
• Necesitatea lui QS-9000: eliminarea cerintelor diferite,
care produceau risipa si suprapuneri.
• Conformitatea cu SQ-9000 se face prin certificare de
terta parte
• Companiile certificate QS-9000 sunt considerate ca
avand standarde inalte, care conduc la produse de
calitate.

QS 9000 vs ISO 9000
• QS-9000 adauga cerinte noi privind: planul de afaceri, urmarirea
satisfactiei clientului si benchmarking la punctul 4.1 al ISO 9000,
Responsabilitatea Managementului.
• Alte cerinte suplimentare QS 9000:
– Procesul de aprobare a productiei de piese
– Cerintele pentru obtinerea aprobarii clientului de a folosi un
proces/piesa nou/a sau modificat/a
– Furnizorii de piese trebuie sa aiba SMC implementate, care sa
asigure ca au loc activitati de imbunatire continua organizate si
masurabile pentru toate aspectele afacerii
– Capabilitatea fabricatiei
– Cerinte privind planificarea si eficacitatea echipamentelor,
facilitatilor si proceselor
– Cerinte privind verificarea contra erorilor si managementul
sculelor

ISO/TS 16949:2002
• ISO Specificatie Tehnica, aliniaza standardele sistemelor de calitate
existente in industria auto: americane (QS-9000), germane (VDA6.1),
franceze (EAQF) si italiene (AVSQ), cu cerintele industriei globale, avand
drept scop eliminarea certificarilor multiple in vederea satisfacerii cerintelor
clientilor.
• Impreuna cu ISO 9001:2000, ISO/TS 16949:2002 specifica cerintele SMC
privind: proiectarea/dezvoltarea, productia, instalarea si service-ul
produselor din industria auto. In plus, exista cerinte specifice clientilor,
cerute de fabricanti in mod individual.
• ISO/TS 16949:2002 a fost dezvoltat de “The International Automotive Task
Force”, IATF, in colaborare cu “The International Organization for
Standardization”, ISO.
• IATF cuprinde: BMW, Daimler, Fiat, Chrysler, Ford, General Motors, PSA
Peugeot-Citroen, Renault si Volkswagen - plus asociatii de comert
nationale: AIAG (America), VDA (Germania), SMMT (UK), ANFIA (Italia) si
FIEV (Franta); “Japanese vehicle manufacturers association”, JAMA, a fost
deasemenea implicata in dezvoltarea ISO/TS 16949:2002, deschizand
calea spre aderarea la IATF.
