III. Descrierea disciplinei:


Disciplina Autoeducaie i dezvoltare profesional este studiat de masteranzii anului II,
specializarea Consiliere colar i asisten psihopedagogic. Disciplina i propune s
evidenieze diversitatea analitic a fenomenului autoeducaiei i pe cel al dezvoltrii personale
(ca i component a dezvoltrii profesionale) i s argumenteze necesitatea interpretrii didactice
a realitii educaionale, cu focalizare expres pe realitatea societii contemporane.
Autoeducaie i dezvoltare profesional reprezint o disciplin pedagogic al crei obiect
de studiu a cunoscut n ultimele decenii analize pedagogice substaniale. n prezent, marea
majoritate a specialitilor accept c autoeducaia reprezint

(auto)proiectarea-(auto)realizarea unei educaii pentru sine

(auto)formarea individualizat (care implic valorificarea deplina a propriei experiene,


fr interferena altor/altei medieri);

autoformarea metacognitiv (care vizeaz capacitatea de a nva s nvei


/educabilitate cognitiv, independena de coninutul nvrii)

autoformarea permanent (care angajeaz capacitatea de asumare a sarcinilor centrate


asupra propriei formri, specifice fiecarei vrste colare i post-colare)
Disciplina i propune analizarea modificrilor paradigmatice nregistrate la nivelul

studierii fenomenului autoeducaiei, precum i a principalelor direcii de aciune i cercetare


didactic.

VII. Modul de evaluare:
n cadrul ntlnirilor menionate se va avea n vedere o evaluare formativ continu,
realizat pe baza observrii comportamentului de nvare al masteranzilor, pe demonstrarea
activismului n cadrul discuiilor i al capacitii de a se implica n situaiile de rezolvare a
problemelor ridicate n acord cu tematica abordat.
Evaluarea final se va realiza pe baza unui examen scris desfurat n sesiunea de la finele
semestrului i n evaluarea

produselor de portofoliu solicitate pe parcurs. Nota final

se

compune din 70% (7 puncte) examen, 30% (3 puncte) produse de portofoliu.


Pentru predarea portofoliului se va respecta termenul de depunere. Orice abatere de la
regul aduce dup sine penalizri sau pierderea punctajului corespunztor acelui portofoliu.
Daca masterandul consider c activitatea sa a fost subapreciat de ctre evaluator atunci
poate solicita feedback suplimentar prin contactarea titularului prin email.

VIII. Detalii organizatorice, gestionarea situaiilor excepionale:


Relaiile dintre cadrul didactic i masteranzi vor fi de tip democratic, favoriznd implicarea
activ i interactiv n contextul activitilor educaionale.
Se va

avea n vedere ca orice material elaborat de ctre masteranzi pe parcursul

activitilor s fac dovada originalitii.


Rezultatele finale vor fi puse la dispoziia studentilor prin afiaj electronic. Contestaiile pot
fi adresate n maxim 24 de ore de la afiarea rezultatelor iar soluionarea lor nu va depi 48 de
ore de la momentul depunerii.
