Comunicare seriala prin RS-232 pentru PCSS (sistem siguranta laser pentru
presiunea de apasare).
Comanda numerica pentru cel putin 6 axe: X1, X2, R1, R2, Z1, Z2.

TASTA FUNCTIE-1
Operatiile permise sunt: cautare program, afisare secvente, schimbare date si
moduri de operare.
TASTA FUNCTIE-2
Parola de protectie in functie de selectie. Permite toate operatiile de la F1 si mai
mult: este permisa memorarea programului, poansoanelor sau matritelor (creare,
modificare, stergere si salvare); deasemenea permite resetarea valorilor actuale.
TASTA FUNCTIE-3
Parola de protectie in functie de selectie. Operatiile permise sunt: permite
schimbare parametrilor masinii.

TASTELE DE COMANDA
TASTA STERGERE :
Permite urmatoarele operatii, in functie de pozitionarea cursorului:
- Sterge un prgram din memorie cand cursorul este pozitionat pe campul P.
- Sterge secventa curenta de indoire cand cursorul este pozitionat pe campul N.
- In pagina SCULA, sterge un poanson sau o matrita din memorie cand cursorul
este pozitionat pe campul PUNCH(p) sau DIE(d).
- Sterge o valoare de pe ecran cand cursorul este pozitionat pe o valoare
programabila.
TASTA CAUTARE :
Permite urmatoarele operatii in functie de pozitionarea cursorului:
- Cauta un program in memorie, cand cursorul este pozitionat in campul P.
- In pagina SCULA, cauta un poanson sau matrita in memorie, cand cursorul
este pozitionat pe campul PUNCH(p) sau DIE(d).
- In pagina de cautare program dupa criteriu, cauta un program dupa diferite
criterii cerute.
TASTA MEMORARE / COPIERE :
Permite urmatoarele operatii in functie de pozitionarea cursorului:
- Memoreaza programul in memorie cand cursorul este pozitionat pe campul P.
- Copiaza o noua secventa de indoire, inclusiv secventa curenta, cand cursorul
este pozitionat pe campul N.
- In pagina SCULA, memoreaza poansoanele si matritele in memorie, cand
cursorul este pozitionat pe campul PUNCH(p) sau DIE(d).
- Aproba valoarea tocmai introdusa, cand cursorul este pozitionat pe campul de
programare.
TASTA PUNCT / COD :
O fereasta cu caractere se fa afisa cand cursorul este pozitionat pe campul
CODE.
Tastele

TASTA USB :
Se foloseste cand se doreste a avea acces la pagina de memorie USB.
Deasemena se foloseste pentru a incepe procesul de update.

TASTELE CURSOR
Tasta SECVENTA URMATOARE / PAGINA URMATOARE:
Permite trecerea la secventa urmatoare in pagina de programare; permite
trecerea la pagina urmatoare in parametrii; permite trecerea la pagina urmatoare
de rezultate in pagina de listare programe.
Led-ul va indica care pagina este ultima relevanta.
Tasta SECVENTA ANTERIOARA / PAGINA ANTERIOARA:
Permite trecerea la secventa anterioara in pagina de programare; trecerea la
pagina anterioara in parametrii si trecerea la rezultatele anterioare in pagina de
listare programe.
Tasta CURSOR INAINTE:
Cursorul se va deplasa catre urmatorul camp accesibil.
Tasta CURSOR INAPOI:
Cursorul se va deplasa catre campul anterior accesibil.
Cu aceasta combinatie de taste, cursorul se va deplasa direct la ultimul camp
programabil din pagina curenta.
Cu aceasta combinatie de taste, cursorul se va deplasa direct la primul camp
programabil din pagina curenta.

Aceasta pagina afiseaza toate informatiile legate de pasul de indoire curent si
anume: valoarea calculata (tinta), presiunea, retragerea opritorilor, bombarea mesei,
timpul de temporizare, etc.
Datorita acestor aspecte, operatorul poate program direct in aceasta pagina, fara a
mai trece la alte pagini.

Indica faptul ca intrarea (input) de la INDEX ZONE este pasiva in momentul inceperii
calibrari. Asta inseamna ca grinda este mai sus de punctul de index.
Pentru a efectua calibrarea si a se aciva intrarea (input), grinda trebuie coborata in
modul manual sub INDEX ZONE.

Se afiseaza atunci cand axele se deplaseaza inafara limitelor software sau hardware,

dintr Y1 si Y2. Comanda numerica va repozitiona Y1 si Y2 paralel, la prima
deplasarea grindei.

The unit uses the four edges of the one period generated by the encoder. The
number of nominal encoder increments must therefore be multiplied by 4.

To exit USB Boot page without update the application software press the
key. When you press the button Application is running... message will appears
and after ~2 seconds the unit exits the USB Boot page and the application software
