Elemente ce trebuie avute în vedere la instalarea ţevilor şi
fitingurilor din polipropilenă

• Nu permiteţi expunerea îndelungată a ţevilor şi fitingurilor la radiaţia solară. Protejaţi ţeava de

contactul cu obiecte dure şi ascuţite. Nu folosiţi ţeava degradată accidental.

• Nu folosiţi niciodată flacără deschisă la încălzirea ţevii. Îndoirea ţevii se face sub jet de aer cald.

• Ţeava şi fitingurile nu trebuie să fie contaminate cu impurităţi.

• Tăiaţi ţeava perpendicular cu foarfeca specială, nu folosiţi pentru aceasta alte obiecte tăioase, care pot
produce resturi şi margini neuniforme.

• Când sudaţi urmăriţi instrucţiunile din catalogul fabricantului (temperatură, timp de încălzire, etc.).

• Nu folosiţi ţeava şi fitingurile din polipropilenă acolo unde apa poate îngheţa. Dilatarea gheţii poate
fisura ţeava.

• Frigul micşorează rezistenţa mecanică la lovire a polipropilenei, care devine astfel casantă. Protejaţi
ţeava împotriva lovirii când exisă riscul de îngheţ.

• Unghiul maxim de încovoiere a ţevii şi fitingurilor după sudură este de 5°.

• Pentru a preveni scurgerile din instalaţie folosiţi bandă de teflon la îmbinările filetate.

• Înainte de îngroparea/ acoperirea completă a instalaţiei, testaţi sistemul folosind apă la temperatura
camerei şi observaţi dacă apar bule de aer. Cotinuaţi testul timp de 24 ore folosind apă la presiunea de
20 bari. La sfârşitul zilei verificaţi din nou dacă există scurgeri in sistem.
