Brandul parizian L`Oreal, cea mai mare companie din industria frumusetii din lume isi are inceputurile

in anul 1907 cand tanarul chimist francez Eugene Schueller a dezvoltat o formula de vopsea de par inovatoare. A numit aceast vopsea de pr Aureole si aa a nceput istoria LOreal. Principiile companiei care avea s devin LOreal au fost stabilite de la bun nceput: cercetare i inovaie n interesul frumuseii. Strategia lui Schueller a fost un real succes, si asta pentru ca in mai putin de doi ani dupa ce a descoperit Aureole, a infiintat Societe Francaise des Teintures Inoffensives pour Cheveux, care in scurt timp s-a transformat in LOreal. Compania a inceput cu produse pentru colorarea prului, dar n anul 1934LOreal a nceput s pun la dispoziia consumatorilor i produse pentru curarea i nfrumusearea tenului. In numai cinci ani, compania isi extinsese vanzarile in Austria, Olanda, Italia, SUA, Brazilia, Chile, Peru, Ecuador, Bolivia, fosta Uniune Sovietica, precum si in Estul Indepartat. Compania francez LOreal este cel mai mare productor de cosmetice din lume, deinnd peste 2000 de produse n toate sectoarele industriei de frumusee i peste 500 de branduri, printre care se numr Garnier, Lancome, Kerastase, Maybelline, Cacharel, Vichy. Astfel acestia sunt cunoscuti pentru produse ca vopseaua de par, produse de styling, produse pentru ingrijirea corpului, produse de parfumerie, cosmetice.

L'Oral Paris srbtorete anul acesta 10 ani de parteneriat cu Festivalul de la Cannes.
