n lucrarea de fat s-a studiat organizarea logistic n staiile de triaj, pe un numr de 4
staii, folosind metoda drumului critic n vederea mbunatirii i optimizrii activitii acestora. Pentru nceput, n primul capitol, s-a fcut o introducere n sistemul de transport, prezentnd un scurt istoric al transportului feroviar, particularitile i perspectivele acestuia, precum i eficienta pe care o are n raport cu celelalte sisteme de transport. Capitolul 2 descrie detaliat structura organizatoric a unui triaj, dispunerea staiilor de triaj pe calea ferat precum i o clasificare a acestora. Capitolul 3 cuprinde tehnologiile i procedeele folosite n triaje pentru descompunerea unui tren ntr-un triaj plan, caracteristicile triajelor din punct de vedere constructiv ct i amplasarea staiilor de triaj. n capitolul 4 sunt prezentate instalaiile de semnalizare specifice staiilor de triaj, instalaii cu semnale mecanice i instalaii cu semnale luminoase. n capitolul 5 este prezentat metoda drumului critic, analiza drumului critic, calculul drumului critic i structura proiectului precum i modul de aplicare a acesteia, finaliznd capitolul prin prezentarea drumului critic, al termenelor i rezervelor. n capitolul 6 este prezentat aplicarea metodei drumului critic n cele patru staii de triaj, precum i rezultatele obinute n urma acestor calcule i aplicarea lor. Capitolul 7 cuprinde concluziile referitoare la reoptimizarea staiilor de triaj i aplicarea tuturor optimizrilor posibile privind desfurarea activitilor din staii ntr-un timp ct mai scurt. Lucrarea analizeaz n principal reducerea timpilor la operaiile efectuate n staiile de triaj, n acest fel crescnd productivitatea staiilor precum i reducnd costurile aferente operaiilor efectuate n staii.

In the present work it has been studied the organization of logistics marshalling yards on a 4 stations, using the critical path method to improve and optimize their activity. For the start, in the first chapter wasmade an introduction into the transport system, with a brief history of rail transport, circumstances and opportunities, as well as efficiency which is in relation to other transport systems. Chapter 2 describes in detail the organizational structure of a triage arrangement railway marshalling yards and their classification. Chapter 3 covers the technologies and processes used in yards to decomposit a train in a plan triage, marshalling yards characteristics in terms of construction and location of marshalling yards. In Chapter 4 are presented the specific signaling systems in triage stations, installations and equipment: mechanical signals light signals. Chapter 5 presents the critical path method, critical path analysis, the calculation of critical path and project structure and how its applied, finishing the chapter by presenting the critical path, deadlines and reserves. Chapter 6 presents the application of critical path method in the four marshalling yards, and the results of these calculations and their application. Chapter 7 contains conclusions on marshalling yards reoptimization and applying all possible optimizations regarding the activities of the stations in a much shorter time. The paper analyzes in principal the reduction of the time for the the main operations performed in the marshalling yards, allso increasing the productivity and reducing the costs for the operations performed in stations.
