Lucrarea este destinat elaborrii unui asistent electronic public pentru organizarea i
accesarea online a informaiei personale a utilizatorilor. Programul este instalat pe server i
permite organizarea, pstrarea, modificarea datelor prin interfaa exploratorului web. Pe server
poate fi pstrata informaie de orice tip: date personale, evinemente pe o perioda nelimitat de
timp, notie, informaia de contact. Avantajul principal al aplicaiei este c datele se afl
permanent pe server i pot fi accesate de pe orice calculator conectat la reea.

n primul capitol sunt stabilite cerinele ctre aplicaiile destinate pentru organizarea
informaiei personale a utilizatorilor. n al doilea capitol sunt cercetate instrumentarele folosite la
crearea web-aplicaiilor i sunt alese cele potrivite pentru proiectul n cauz: Perl, Apache i
MySQL.
Pentru crearea AEP sunt necesare cunoaterea fundamentelor programarii CGI i a
limbajului de programare Perl, care sunt descrise in capitolul trei. Capitolul patru este dedicat
descrierii conceptului

crerii AEP. Este apreciat necesarul de resurse hard i soft pentru

implementarea i funcionarea AEP.

Realizarea nemijlocit a proiectului este descris n capitolul cinci. Este descris
programul AEP i modul de utilizare a acestuia.
In capitoul ase este dat analiza i apreciat eficacitatea economic a produsului
informatic elaborat.
i, n sfrit, n capitolul apte sunt incluse informaii cu privire la protecia muncii la
locul de munc in organizaiile.

ANNOTATION
Electronic secretary is a software application that is designed to online organization and
acces of users personal information. The program must be installed on server and allowes to
organize, store, and modify dates using as interface application standart web browser. Type of
information that can be stored at server maybe as : personal dates, events for unlimited time,
scratchpad, favorites links and etc. The principal aplications advantage is that dates are stored
permanently on server and can be accesed from any computer that is connected to network.

The first section is a general formulation of requirements to application that are designed
to organize personal information.
In the second section are described instruments that are used to create web-applications
and choosing convenient applications for our project.
To create the web application is necessary to know the fundaments of CGI programming
and Perl language that are described in third section.
The forth section is dedicated to concept of electronic secretary, its actuality and scopes,
general aspects of creation.
Fifth section is dedicated to realization of application. Here can be found description of
program and and how to use it.
In section number sixth is analized the economic eficience of my project.
Section number seventh contains data about labour protection at the work place at
organozations.
