Domenii de utilizare

industriale n special pentru urmtoarele aplicaii:

uzate menajere (temperatur joas i ridicat)
b) evi de ventilare pentru instalaiile de canalizare
de mai sus.
c) instalaii de canalizare pluvial din interiorul
cldirilor
Application field
The Valsir Triplus pipes and fittings meet the
requirements of the UNI EN 1451 Standard and can be
used inside buildings (application area B) for residential
and industrial use and in particular for the following
applications:
a) Waste systems for transporting domestic waste
waters (low and high temperature).
b) Ventilation pipes connected to the waste systems
previously indicated.
c) Rain water systems inside the structure of the building.

este egal cu durata de via a evilor i fitingurilor.
Garniturile sunt aliniate la standardul DIN 4060
Garnituri de etanare din elastomer pentru
fitingurile din instalaiile de canalizare i similare.
Ele sunt certificate pentru dimensiuni, cerine,
metodologie i frecvena controlului.
Connection systems
Different methods can be used for connecting the pipes
and/or fittings:
Connection with push-fit socket.
Connection with sliding sleeve.
The Triplus pipes and fittings sockets incorporate a
factory-fitted single lipped seal in a special groove.
The single lipped elastomeric seals are inserted in a
special groove that ensures a perfectly water-tight seal,
safety and easy insertion.
The seals have the same service life as the pipe and
fittings. The seal dimensions, requirements, technology
and control frequency thereof all meet the German
Standard DIN 4060 Pipe joint assemblies with
elastomeric seals for use in drains and sewers.

The Triplus pipes are composed of three layers: an
internal layer in copolymer polypropylene (PP), an
intermediate layer in polypropylene with inert mineral
loads, an external layer in copolymer polypropylene (PP).

Modulus of elasticity: 1500 Mpa
Tear unitary load: 18 Mpa
Ultimate elongation: 100 %

Valsir- Silere sewage system / Valsir SILERE
Domenii de utilizare
Sistemul de canalizare Silere cuprinde tuburi,
fitinguri i elemente de etanare capabile s
transporte apa cu valori de pH ntre 2 i 12 cu o
temperatura de max. 95C.
Datorit gradului ridicat de izolare fonic sistemul
se utilizeaz n instalaii unde este nevoie s fie
ndeplinite cerinele legislative cu privire la
poluarea sonor. Pentru garantarea unor nivele
excepionale de sileniozitate a sistemului este
necesar s se utilizeze coliere cu garnituri de
cauciuc antivibrante.
Tuburile i fitingurile Silere ntrunesc cerinele UNI
EN 1451 i pot fi folosite n cldiri (aria de aplicare
B) pentru instalaii industriale i civile, n particular
pentru:
a. Canalizarea apei uzate menajere (temperaturi
joase i ridicate);
b. Ventilaia sistemelor enumarate mai sus;
c. Evacuarea apelor pluviale din interiorul cldirilor.
Sistemul de mbinare
Imbinarea tuburilor i/sau fitingurilor Silere se
poate realiza:
cu muf i garnitur;
cu muf alunecatoare.
Mufele de mbinare Silere au garnitura montat
din fabric. Garnitura din elastomer este aezat
ntr-un canal i asigur o etanare perfect i
sigur, o inserie uoar. Durata de via a
garniturii este egal cu cea a tuburilor i
fitingurilor. Dimensiunile, cerinele, metodologia i
frecvena de control a garniturilor sunt n
conformitate cu DIN 4060.
Caracteristici tehnice
Tuburile i fitingurile Silere sunt realizate din
polipropilen aditivat cu minerale, rezistent la
temperaturi ridicate ale apei.
Culoarea este gri deschis RAL7035.
Densitate la 230C: >1,60 g/cm3
Modul de elasticitate: 2800 MPa
Rezisten la rupere: 14 MPa
Alungire la rupere: 80 %
0
Temperatur de topire: 160 C
Coeficient de dilatare termic liniar: 0,08 mm/mK
Nivel de zgomot la un debit de 2 l/s: 6 dB (A)

Application field
The Silere waste system including pipes, fittings and
sealing elements is suitable for the transport and the
discharge of waters with pH values between 2 and 12
and a maximum temperature of 95C. Given the
elevated soundproofing characteristics it can be
applied in all systems where it is necessary to respect
the legislative requirements concerning acoustic
pollution. In order to guarantee the excellent
levels of silence of the systems it is necessary to use
soundproofing clips equipped with anti-vibration
rubber.
The Silere pipes and fittings meet the requirements of
the UNI EN 1451 Standard and can be used inside
buildings (application area B) for residential and
industrial use and in particular the following purposes:
a) Waste systems for transporting domestic waste
waters (low and high temperature).
b) Ventilation pipes connected to the waste systems
previously indicated.c) Rain water system inside the
structure of the building.
Connection systems
Silere pipes and/or fittings use a number of connection
methods:
Connection by means of push-fit fitting.
Connection by means of a sliding sleeve.
The Silere pipe and fitting sockets incorporate a
factory-fitted single lipped seal inserted in a special
groove. The single-lipped elastomeric seals are
inserted in a special groove that ensures a perfectly
water-tight seal and safety and easy insertion. The
seals have the same service life as the pipes and
fittings. The seal dimensions, requirements,
technology and control frequency thereof all meet the
German Standard DIN 4060 Pipe joint assemblies
with elastomeric seals for use in drains and sewers.
