Introducere

Sondajul folosit in acest proiect contine intrebari referitoare la satisfactia angajatilor


dintr-o firma in legatura cu jobul pe care il au, dar si fata de organizatia pentru care lucreaza.Alte
intrebari sunt:efortul pe care il depun la locul de munca si cat de important este efortul in ceea ce
fac pentru a promova.

Sondajul contine raspunsul a 166 de respondenti.

In acest proiect am urmarit sa aflu daca efortul depus de catre angajati are legatura cu
dorinta de a promova in companie , dar si faptul daca efortul este influentat de parerea
angajatilor fata de jobul avut si compania pentru care lucreaza.

Se observa pe coloana Valid ca majoritatea variabilelor sunt valide.

Apoi vom lua fiecare tabel in parte , uitandu-ne pe coloana Valid Percent , iar daca
valorile sunt mai mari decat 2 % , le vom lasa asa. In schimb, daca sunt mai mici decat 2 % ,
vom cumula respectivele categorii .

Observam in tabelul de mai sus faptul ca exista valori mai mici decat 2 %
( varstele:20, 21, 23, 38, 39, 40, 41, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 50, 52, 54) . Aceste valori le-
am grupat pe grupe de varsta.Rezultatul a fost urmatorul:

In tabelul de mai sus, inertia totala explicata de model este de 0.870.


Inertia primelor doua variabile este de 0.468 pe linia 1 si 0.402 pe linia 2.
Variabila explicate de model este urmatoarea:

(0.468+0.402)/0.870=1=> 100%

In graficul de mai sus, dimensiunea 1 este explicata de variabilele: Satisfaction with
present job si Hard work&effort,Dimensiunea 1 este explicata si de variabilaSatisfaction
with organization.
Cea de-a doua dimensiune este explicata de variabilele: Satisfaction with present job si
Effort into job .Intr-o mai mica masura este explicata de variabila Satisfaction with
organization.

Se poate observa in cadranul 4 faptul ca cei care depun efort la munca considera ca este
foarte important pentru a avansa in functie.De asemenea, acestia sunt satisfacuti in ceea ce
priveste jobul avut, dar si compania pentru care lucreaza.

In primul cadran se remarca faptul ca cei angajatii care fac doar ceea ce este necasar la
locul de munca nu sunt multumiti de organizatia pentru care lucreaza si au un nivel neutru in
ceea ce priveste locul de munca.

In graficul de mai sus respondentii nu au o opinie medie in legatura cu cele 4


variabile.Deci nu toti depun efort in ceea ce fac la locul de munca.De aici rezulta ca nu toti
considera ca este necesar sa depuna efort pentru a avansa in functie.De asemenea, efortul depus
la locul de munca nu e influentat de satisfactia fata de organizatie si fata de jobul avut.
