responsabilă de felul în care entitatea va reuși să facă față provocărilor și să se adapteze la condițiile
economice. Îndeplinind calitativ și în termen funcțiile managementului, conformându-se la
principiile acestuia, firma va reuși să urce pe treptele succesului și să își îndeplinească scopurile de
bază: creșterea valorii de piață și maximizarea profitului.
Scopul lucrării. Teza de licență respectivă are ca scop analiza managementului și a funcțiilor sale
cât și
sistemul financiar al întreprinderii S.A. “Moldovahidromaș” ; studierea și generalizarea experienței
acestei organizații; depistarea problemelor apărute în procesul de management și identificarea unor
soluții optime pentru înlăturarea definitivă a problemelor și îmbunătățirea aplicării funcției
managementului în întreprindere.
Proiect de dezvoltare a lucrării: Fundamentarea și aprofundarea investigațiilor teoretice referitoare
la aplicarea funcției managementului în întreprindere; contribuția managerului asupra dezvoltării
noilor strategii economice și practice în organizație; identificarea funcției de organizare și
dezvoltarea sa; elaborarea în baza cercetărilor a unor concluzii și recomandari privind stimularea
creșterii economice.
Valoarea practică a tezei este determinată de recomandările conținute în lucrare, implimentarea
cărora va perfecționa mecanismul de management și va spori eficiența acesteia în cadrul procesului
de promovare a creșterii economice.

It was drafted based on the criteria specified in the guide on the elaboration and completion of the
bachelor's thesis, containing: introduction, 3 chapters, conclusion, bibliography from 15 sources, 6
figures, 20 tables and annexes.

Field of study. Management of large and medium enterprises in the Republic of Moldova and the
impact of applying the management function in the enterprise.
The actuality of the subject. Management is a vital process for any organization that aims to
survive in the marketplace, in an environment of fierce competition. Namely the management of the
company is responsible for the way in which the entity will be able to face the challenges and to
adapt to the economic conditions. Fulfilling qualitatively and on time the functions of management,
complying with its principles, the company will be able to climb the steps of success and meet its
basic goals: increasing market value and maximizing profit.
The purpose of the paper. The respective bachelor's thesis aims to analyze the management and its
functions as well the financial system of the S.A. “Moldovahidromaș”; studying and generalizing
the experience of this organization; detecting the problems that appeared in the management process
and identifying optimal solutions for the final removal of the problems and improving the
application of the management function in the enterprise.
Project for the development of the paper: Substantiation and deepening of the theoretical
investigations regarding the application of the management function in the enterprise; the manager's
contribution on the development of new economic and practical strategies in the organization;
identifying the organizational function and its development; research-based elaboration of
conclusions and recommendations on stimulating economic growth.
The practical value of the thesis is determined by the recommendations contained in the paper, the
implementation of which will improve the management mechanism and increase its efficiency in the
process of promoting economic growth.
