Translate into English:

Angajator: Am analizat CV/ul dumneavoastra. Am totuşi unele nelămurir şi de

aceea va rog sa raspundeţi la câteva întrebări.

Aplicant: Desigur.

Angajator: Aţi lucrat pentru o prestigioasă firmă de publicitate. Puteţi să îmi

spuneţi de ce aţi ales această companie?

Aplicant: Aşa cum reiese din CV-ul meu se vede clar că am parcurs deja etapele de
angajat care lucrează în echipă. Am avut unele idei care au rezolvat problema unei
campanii publicitare, dar fostul şef a considerat că este meritul întregii echipe, nu
al meu personal.

Angajator: Înţeleg. Aşadar ce vă atrage în mod deosebit la firma noastră?

Aplicant: În primul rind posibilitatea de avea şi eu subordonaţi pe care să îi

conduc, faptul că gestionaţi campanii de publicitate care presupun inventivitate,
lucru care este foarte provocator în cazul meu.

Angajator: Unde vă vedeţi peste cinci ani?

Aplicant: Lucrând pentru firma dumneavoastra ca director de department- Media

planner department.

Angajator: Ce salariu anticipaţi?

Aplicant: Aştept ca dumneavoastră să îmi propuneţi un salariu.

Angajator: Aveţi întrebări?

Aplicant: Aş dori să ştiu dacă noua mea poziţie presupune calatorii.

Angajator: Nu la început.
Aplicant: Pentru lucrul peste program, acordaţi zile în plus la concediu sau un spor
salarial?

Angajator: Politica noastră vă va fi adusă la cunoştinţă la semnarea contractului.

Employer: We have analyzed your CV. However, I have some questions, so please answer a few
questions.
Applicant: Of course.
Employer: You worked for a prestigious advertising company. Can you tell me why you chose
this company?
Applicant: As it appears from my CV, it is clear that I have already gone through the stages of
being an employee working in a team. I had some ideas that solved the problem of an advertising
campaign, but the former boss considered it the merit of the whole team, not my staff.
Employer: I understand. So what makes you so special about our company?
Applicant: First of all, the possibility of having subordinates to lead, the fact that you manage
advertising campaigns that involve inventiveness, which is very challenging in my case.
Employer: Where do you see yourself in five years?
Applicant: Working for your company as a department director- Media planner department.
Employer: What salary do you anticipate?
Applicant: I am waiting for you to offer me a salary.
Employer: Do you have any questions?
Applicant: I would like to know if my new position involves travel.
Employer: Not at the beginning.
Applicant: For overtime work, do you give extra days off or a pay raise?
Employer: Our policy will be notified to you when signing the contract.
