Un sistem de recompensare pentru un grup:

3 tipuri:

1.  Inter-dependent: TOȚI ci care aparțin grupului trebuie să îndelinească toate cerințele
2.  Indepedent: Același sistem de recompensare se aplică tuturor, dar FIECARE membru al grupului
câștigă recompenda independent

3.  Dependent: Întreg grupul primește recompensa pentru comportamentul UNUI individ.

CUM?

v  Identifică 1-3 comportamente target

v  Creează un sistem
v  Surprinde comportamentele dezirabile!
v  Demonstrează comportamentul dezirabil

Tips & Tricks:

v  Asigurați-vă că recompensa oferită este proporțională cu efortul depus!

v  Fiți flexibili în aplicarea sistemului.
