• Programarea şi conducerea producţiei pentru fabricarea a patru repere:
OF1-R2, OF2-R5, OF3-R8, OF4-R3 din componenţa produsului „P” –
REDUCTOR.
• 1.2 CONDIŢII GENERALE
• Volum de producţie : 800 buc/an
• Condiţii şi termene de livrare : condiţii de livrare trimestriale în urmatoarele
cantităţi :
• - 180 bucăţi la sfârşitul trimestrului I
• - 220 bucăţi la sfârşitul trimestrului II
• - 220 bucăţi la sfârşitul trimestrului III
• - 180 bucăţi la sfârşitul trimestrului IV
• Regim de lucru : ks=1 schimb a câte 8 ore\zi

Concluzie:
:
-Forma de organizare este mixta SM+SMj 42.05% vs SMj+Sm 25.56%. Are
avantajul reducerii duratelor ciclului de productie, in comparative cu
organizarea succesiva si elimina micropauzele neproductive ce apar la
organizarea paralela cu ritm liber
-Forma de organizare la nivelul unui reper, se stabileste in raport cu tipologia dominanta
