Dup care urmeaz completarea fiei de activitate n care trebuie s avem n vedere un titlu,
data desfurrii, durata, grupul int, parteneri implicai, obiective, resurse, descrierea activitii,
rezultatele ateptate, modalitile de evaluare a activitii, rezultatele nregistrate, sugestii i
recomandri.
Fiecare activitate desfurat va fi nsoit de o astfel de fi. (vezi fi activitate)
La finalul programului S tii mai multe, s fii mai bun trebuie gndit un raport care va
cuprinde analiza SWOT a activitilor derulate. (vezi raport final)
Mai mult, programul propus, fiele de activitate i raportul final al programului trebuie s
fie validate de ctre directorul unitii de nvmnt, consilierul educativ i reprezentantul
Comisiei pentru Evaluarea i Asigurarea Calitii (CEAC).
Aadar, dragi colegi, v urez spor la treab n mnuirea condeiului, dar i la ntlnirile cu
elevii n cadrul activitilor extra-curriculare!!! V doresc un portofoliu bogat!!!

Modaliti de evaluare a activitii:
La nceputul lunii octombrie 2012, n cadrul edinelor metodice s-a transmis recomandarea
ca activitile din perioada S tii mai multe, s fii mai bun s aib un caracter unitar, dat de
obiectivele urmrite. Aceste activiti se recomand a fi cuprinse n 1-2 proiecte la nivelul
unitii de nvmnt.

Raportul va fi completat n 2 exemplare originale, dup cum urmeaz: 1
exemplar va rmne n unitatea de nvmnt i un exemplar se va nmna
metodistului pentru educaie permanent (pn la data de 12.05.2013), n
vederea centralizrii datelor i a selectrii exemplelor de bun practic/centru
metodic. a. De asemnenea, metodistul va primi i un format electronic al raportului.
Acestea date vor fi trimise de ctre metodist inspectorului de educaie
permanent (pn la data de 31.05.2013), pentru cuprinderea lor n raportul
privind starea nvmntului.
