Etapa I. CONCEPEREA PROIECTULUI 1.1. Stabilirea obiectivelor proiectului ( fr a intra n detalii) 1.2.

Estimarea costurilor proiectului (estimarea se va face pe total proiect, fr detaliere aici) 1.3. estimarea timpului necesar realizrii proiectului ( estimarea se va face pe total proiect, fr detaliere aici ) 1.4. Decizia de implementare a proiectului ( decizia va fi luat n funcie de obiectivele stabilite, costul estimat i timpul estimat necesar pentru realizarea proiectului; se vor urmri: dac obiectivele sunt realizabile, dac fondurile necesar a fi alocate sunt suficiente innd cont de costul total al proiectului, dac nu sunt alte restricii legat de timpul necesar realizrii proiectului ). Etapa II. NATEREA I DEZVOLTAREA PROIECTULUI 2.1. Detalierea obiectivelor pe activiti ( fiecare obiectiv stabilit anterior la Etapa I, la subpunctul 1.1. va fi detaliat pe activitile care sunt necesar a fi realizate astfel nct acel obiectiv s poat fi atins); 2.2. Detalierea costurilor pe activiti (costul total estimat n Etapa I la subpunctul 1.2. va fi detaliat pe activitile anterior menionate, respectiv vom stabili care sunt costurile detaliate ale proiectului ); 2.3. Detalierea timpului pe activiti ( timpul total estimat la Etapa I subpunctul 1.3. necesar realizrii proiectului va fi detaliat pe activitile anterior menionate la subpunctul 2.1, respectiv va fi realizat Graficul Gantt); 2.4. Stabilirea rolurilor i responsabilitilor ( activitile anterior puse pe grafic vor fi mprite membrilor echipei de proiect; se vor preciza: numrul de membrii ai echipei de proiect i rolurile i responsabilitile acestora i ale managerului de proiect ). Etapa III. MATURITATEA PROIECTULUI Este faza de implementare (fictiv) a proiectului, ce presupune desfurarea tuturor activitilor. Se va alege un interval de pe Graficul Gantt i se va face un control al activitilor, menionndu-se: ce activiti au fost realizate pn la momentul ales; ce activiti sunt n curs de realizare n intervalul ales; ce activiti mai trebuie realizate pn la finalul proiectului. Etapa IV. FINALIZAREA PROIECTULUI se msoar rezultatele proiectului se compar cu obiectivele iniial stabilite, la Etapa I, subpunctul 1.1. se adopt msuri cu caracter corectiv, dac este cazul.

Stage I. DESIGNING THE PROJECT 1.1. Establishing project objectives (without going into details) 1.2. Estimating project costs ( estimated total cost will be done without going into details here) 1.3. Estimating the time needed for the project ( estimated total time will be done without going into details here) 1.4. Project implementation decision (the decision will be taken depending on the objectives, the estimated cost and the estimated time required to achieve project; we will follow: if the goals are achievable, if the necessary funds to be allocated are sufficient given the total project cost, if there are no other restrictions on the time needed for the project). Stage II. PROJECT BIRTH AND PROJECT DEVELOPMENT 2.1. Breakdown the objectives by activities ( each objective previously set at Phase I, point 1.1. shall be detailed on the activities that are required in order that those objectives to be achieved ); 2.2. Breakdown of costs by activity ( total cost estimated in Stage I to point 1.2. shall be detailed in the aforementioned activities; we will determine the detailed project costs); 2.3. Detailing time on activities (total time estimated at Stage I point 1.3. will be detailed on the previous work referred to in subparagraph 2.1; we will design the Gantt graph ); 2.4. Establish roles and responsibilities (previously released on schedule activities will be shared project team members; we will indicate the number of members of the project team and their roles and responsibilities and also the project manager role and responsibility). Stage III. PROJECT MATURITY It is the phase of implementation (fictional) project, which involves all activities. Will choose a time interval on the Gantt chart and will make a control of activities, stating: what activities were carried out by that time; what activities are in progress in the chosen interval; what tasks need to be completed by the end of the project. Stage IV. PROJECT COMPLETION measuring project results comparing the results with initial objectives established in Phase I, point 1.1. corrective measures shall be taken, if necessary.
