REGULAMENTUL OFICIAL (Regulamentul) al Campaniei Promotionale

Cumpara minim 2 produe din gama Henkel si primeste al doilea cu reducere de 30 %

1. Organizatorul campaniei promotionale:
1.1 Organizatorul campaniei promotionale este compania SRL Imensitate , str. Testimetanu
23 , Chisinau, R. Moldova, denumita in cele ce urmeaza Organizator. Decizia de derulare a
promotiei conform regulilor din prezentul regulament este finala si obligatorie pentru
participanti.
2. Perioada si locul de desfasurare:
2.1. Promotia se va desfasura in magazinul Bonus, or. Chisinau, Tiraspol 5, Deleanu 1/3.
Bul Moscovei 14/1.
2.2. Promotia se va desfasura in perioada 05 decembrie 2016 25 decembrie 2016.
3. Conditii de participare la Promotie si premii acordate:
3.1. Promotia se adreseaza fiecarui client care are peste 18 ani.
3.2. Pentru a participa la Promotie, Clientii trebuie sa achizitioneze in magazinul Bonus
situate pe adresele indicate mai sus minim 2 produse din sortimentul Henkel pentru a putea
fi activata reducerea la al doilea produs.
4. Mecanica promotiei:
Cumpara in sortiment orice produs din gama sortimentala Henkel (in afara de cele care deja
participa intr-o alta promotie, prezente in Anexa 1) si la al doilea produs beneficiezi de o
reducere de 30 %. Cantitatea minima de achizitionare este 2 produse.
Reducerea se activeaza din al doilea produs cel mai ieftin.
Exemplificare:
1. Cumpara 2 produse si primeste al doilea cu 30 % (1 produs cu reducere)
2. Cumpara 3 produse si primesti al treilea cu 30 % (1 produs cu reducere )
3. Cumpara 4 produse si primeste oricare 2 cu 30%, cele mai ieftine (2 produse cu
reducere)
*Pentru cantitatea impara de produse se ofera o cantitate para de produse cadou, mai mica cu
o unitate, exceptie fiind cazul cind se procura 3 produse.

6.1 Contestatiile cu privire la modul de desfasurare a Promotiei vor fi formulate de

participanti in scris si vor putea fi depuse pana la data de 25.12.16 inclusiv la orice casa
fiscala de marcat din Magazin (pana la ora de inchidere a respectivului Magazin unde se
depune contestatia), solutionarea acestora urmand a se face printr-un proces verbal de
solutionare, care va cuprinde decizia finala a Organizatorului.
6.2 Eventualele neintelegeri aparute intre Organizator si Clienti, vor fi solutionate pe cale
amiabila. In caz contrar, partile vor inainta litigiul spre solutionare instantelor de la sediul
Organizatorului competente romane in conformitate cu prevederile legii.
6.3 Organizatorul isi rezerva dreptul de a descalifica/exclude din concurs participantii care
nu respecta intocmai cerintele Regulamentului prezent.
7. Date cu caracter personal
7.1 Prin prezentul Regulament Oficial, Organizatorul se obliga sa respecte
protectia
persoanelor cu privire la prelucrarea datelor cu caracter personal si libera circulatie a acestor
date. Datele cu caracter personal colectate in cadrul acestei Campanii nu vor fi dezvaluite
catre terti cu exceptia cazurilor in care Organizatorul trebuie sa respecte obligatiile impuse de
legislatia n vigoare.

8. SECTIUNEA 12. INTRERUPEREA CAMPANIEI PROMOTIONALE

8.1 Campania va putea fi intrerupta in caz de forta majora sau unilateral de catre Organizator,
cu anuntarea prealabila a publicului si magazinele care participa la Campanie. Organizatorul
isi asuma responsabilitatea pentru prejudiciul cauzat in legatura cu intreruperea unilaterala de
catre acesta a campaniei promotionale.
9. Dispozitii Finale:
9.1 Regulamentul Promotiei este pus la dispozitia tuturor persoanelor interesate, in mod
gratuit.
9.2 Prin participarea la Promotie, utilizatorii isi exprima acordul cu privire la continutul
Regulamentului Promotiei si la modul de organizare si desfasurare a Promotiei.
9.3 Prezenta Promotie poate inceta inainte de termen in cazul producerii unui eveniment care
constituie forta majora, inclusiv in cazul imposibilitatii Organizatorului, din motive
independente de vointa sa, de a continua prezenta Promotie.
9.4 Organizatorul isi rezerva dreptul de a modifica prezentul Regulament pe parcursul
derularii Promotiei, printr-un Act Aditional. Modificarile vor fi aduse la cunostinta
publicului.
9.5 Promotia se va derula in conditiile prezentului Regulament care este obligatoriu pentru
toti participantii.

Anexa 1.
La momentul desfasurarii promotiei, la urmatoarele produse nu se va activa discount, fiindca
acestea sunt prezente intr-o alta activitate.
