Daca mananci atunci cand nu ti-e foame, se depune pentru a fi folosit mai tarziu. Pe
vremea cand omul abia aparuse, hrana nu era pe toate drumurile.
Cand ignori mesajele organismului infometandu-te prin diete drastice, zapacesti si
metabolismul transmitandu-i mesajul fals ca hrana e putins si e cazul sa reduca
consumul de baza.
I've noticed a funny thing about people who are overweight. They spend all their time
thinking about food-except when they're actually eating it. Then they go into a kind of
"eating trance," where they shovel as much food into their mouths as fast as they can
without actually chewing or tasting anything.
You can eat whatever you want, whenever you want, so long as you fully enjoy every
