Ingrediente:
* un pachet 400 g paste (fusilli, farfalle, ce-o fi; fara oua daca gatim de post)
* 1 cutie de ciuperci
* 1 cutie de fasole rosie
* 1 ceapa alba
* cativa catei de usturoi
* aprox 500 ml bulion (de casa)
* ulei pt calit
* sare, piper
* oregano, busuioc, cimbru (impreuna sau separat, cum va place si in ce combinatie va place)
~ Primul lucru pe care l-am facut cand am intrat in bucatarie a fost sa pun la fiert o oala cu apa si
sare pt paste (asa m-a invatat barbatelul :D )
~ apoi am pozat ingredientele
~ am tocat ceapa si am zdrobit usturoiul cu lama cutitului
~ am pus ulei la incins (cam mult mi-a scapat :( ) si am calit ceapa si usturoiul
~ am scurs ciupercile de zeama, am clatit fasolea rosie si am lasat-o la scurs
~ cand s-a calit ceapa am adaugat ciupercile, sare si piper si le-am lasat impreuna sa se caleasca in
continuare
~ dupa ceva timp (nu m-am uitat la ceas) am adaugat si fasolea rosie
~ intre timp s-au fiert pastele (le-am lasat vreo 15 min pt ca nu erau destul de fierte dupa 8-10 min
cum scrie pe ambalaj), le-am scurs si le-am trecut sub jet de apa rece.
~ am adaugat bulionul si ierburile si am lasat pe foc mic sub capac sa fiarba pana a mai scazut sosul
~ am amestecat din cand in cand pana cand sosul s-a mai ingrosat
~voila! :D
