I. Explicitarea conditiei prescrise.

Abaterea de la înclinare este abaterea de la paralelism între drepte sau plane ce


formează cu baza de referinţă (dreaptă sau plan) unghiul nominal, măsurată in limitele
lungimii de referinţă.
Problemele ce se pun sunt similare cu cele de la abaterile de la perpendicularitate.
Excepţie face numai câmpul de tolerantă de la înclinarea a doua drepte care este spaţiul dintre
două conuri coaxiale cu baza având distanţa dintre generatoare egală cu abaterea de la
înclinare limită (În mişcare de rotaţie, in jurul unei axe, o dreaptă determină un con si nu un
plan ca atunci când unghiul dintre ele este drept).

III. Alegerea sistemului de referinta pe piesa/ orientarea piesei pe MMC.


S-a ales originea si orientarea sitemului de referinta pe piesa si cum este orientata/ fixata
piesa in raport cu sistemul de coordonate al masinii.

OBS. : Asezarea piesei pe masa de control se va realiza cu ajutorul unei prisme in V

IV. Determinare configuratie scula palpare


Sunt considerate urmatoarele

- Traductor de palpare: TP200;
- Lungime initiala sistem de palpare (fara a include lungime palpator sau
extensie palpator) : 112mm.
