Contextualized Learning Resource developed and submitted to the Division LRMDC and which subsequently
passed quality assurance fail to be quality-assured and published in the Regional Level due to the fact that only
the contents of the materials are contextualized. Most often, illustrations, pictures and other graphics are
downloaded from the internet without proper authorization for its use.
The need for teachers to find means of claiming 100% ownership over their work is an immediate concern hence
it will not only give due recognition to their efforts but also to assure them that they may not infringe upon the
intellectual property of other people.
It is with this reason that the skill in the making of Virtual Reality Learners’ materials which are purely
contextualized should be taught to educators.
