RE-ENTRY ACTION PLAN


Workplace development objectives:

1. Make a contextualized learning resource with Virtual Reality Learning;


2. Cascade learning through informal means such as casual peer mentoring.
3. Organized a District Training on Development of Learning Resource With Virtual Reality Learning or at
least a School level Re-echo during INSET or LAC sessions.

Situationer (Describe current situation (problem or opportunity) in your workplace that you need to address
through your REAP)

Contextualized Learning Resource developed and submitted to the Division LRMDC and which subsequently
passed quality assurance fail to be quality-assured and published in the Regional Level due to the fact that only
the contents of the materials are contextualized. Most often, illustrations, pictures and other graphics are
downloaded from the internet without proper authorization for its use.

The need for teachers to find means of claiming 100% ownership over their work is an immediate concern hence
it will not only give due recognition to their efforts but also to assure them that they may not infringe upon the
intellectual property of other people.

It is with this reason that the skill in the making of Virtual Reality Learners’ materials which are purely
contextualized should be taught to educators.

REAP TITLE: Applying and Cascading Skill in the Development of Learning


Materials With Virtual Reality Learning.

REAP Objectives:

1. Develop a contextualized learning material integrating Virtual


Reality Learning.
2. Cascade knowledge on the development of contextualized learning
materials with virtual reality learning to other teachers and or
curriculum developers.

This can be in terms of quantity, quality and time? This may include % of usage of specific system
or process, change in behavior of users or customers; improvements in the Organization’s processes
(and when possible, change in customers’ condition; increase in revenue, etc)
1. One 100% contextualized activity sheet, brochure or any educational material which
integrated Virtual reality in its contents.
2. Other teachers who received technical assistance on the development of Learning
Resources with Virtual Reality Learning will be able to produce contextualized materials
with graphics purely their own.
