1. Comerþul internaþional cu bunuri 1. International trade of goods

Exporturile FOB de bunuri au înregistrat în anul 2015 o
valoare de 54596 milioane euro (în creºtere cu 4,1% faþã
de anul 2014), iar importurile CIF au fost de 62962
milioane euro (în creºtere cu 7,6% faþã de anul 2014),
soldul balanþei comerciale FOB-CIF fiind de
-8366 milioane euro.
The FOB exports of goods recorded a total amount of 54596
million Euro (up by 4.1% compared to year 2014) in 2015,
while CIF imports were 62962 million Euro (up by 7.6%
compared to 2014), the FOB-CIF trade balance being
-8366 million Euro.

În structura exporturilor din anul 2015, ºase din cele
douãzeci ºi douã de secþiuni din Nomenclatorul
Combinat deþin împreunã 71,7% din totalul exporturilor,
dupã cum urmeazã: maºini, aparate ºi echipamente
electrice, aparate de înregistrat sau de reprodus sunetul
ºi imaginile (27,8%); mijloace ºi materiale de transport
(16,8%); metale comune ºi articole din acestea (8,6%);
materiale textile ºi articole din acestea (7,2%); materiale
plastice, cauciuc ºi articole din acestea (5,7%); produse
vegetale (5,6%).
In the structure of 2015 exports, six of the twenty-two
sections of the Combined Nomenclature hold together
71.7% of total exports, as follows: machinery and
mechanical appliances, electrical equipment, sound and
image recorders and reproducers (27.8%); vehicles and
associated transport equipments (16.8%); base metals and
articles of based metals (8.6%); textiles and textile articles
(7.2%); plastics, rubber and articles thereof (5.7%);
vegetable products (5.6%).

Principalele modificãri structurale în evoluþia
exporturilor în anul 2015 faþã de anul 2014 constau în:
- majorarea ponderilor în total exporturi pentru
urmãtoarele secþiuni din NC: maºini, aparate ºi
echipamente electrice, aparate de înregistrat sau de
reprodus sunetul ºi imaginile (+1,8 puncte procentuale
în anul 2015 faþã de anul 2014); mijloace ºi materiale de
transport (+0,4 puncte procentuale); produse
alimentare, bãuturi ºi tutun (+0,4 puncte procentuale);

În structura importurilor din anul 2015, ºase din cele
douãzeci ºi douã de secþiuni din Nomenclatorul
Combinat deþin împreunã 72,7% din totalul importurilor,
dupã cum urmeazã: maºini, aparate ºi echipamente
electrice, aparate de înregistrat sau de reprodus sunetul
ºi imaginile (28,4%); metale comune ºi articole din
acestea (10,7%); produse chimice (10,1%); mijloace ºi
materiale de transport (9,2%); materiale plastice, cauciuc
ºi articole din acestea (7,3%); produse minerale (7,0%).
Faþã de anul 2014, principalele modificãri structurale în
evoluþia importurilor din anul 2015 constau în:
- majorarea ponderilor în total importuri pentru
urmãtoarele secþiuni NC: maºini, aparate ºi echipamente
electrice, aparate de înregistrat sau de reprodus sunetul
ºi imaginile (+1,1 puncte procentuale în anul 2015 faþã
de anul 2014); produse vegetale (+0,6 puncte
procentuale); mijloace ºi materiale de transport
(+0,6 puncte procentuale);
- diminuarea ponderii în total importuri pentru secþiune
NC produse minerale (-2,9 puncte procentuale în anul
2015 faþã de anul 2014).

3. Imports of goods by the main sections of the
Combined Nomenclature
In the structure of 2015 imports, six of the twenty-two
sections of the Combined Nomenclature hold together
72.7% of total imports, as follows: machinery and
mechanical appliances, electrical equipment, sound and
image recorders and reproducers (28.4%); base metals and
articles of based metals (10.7%); chemical products
(10.1%); vehicles and associated transport equipments
(9.2%); plastics, rubber and articles of plastics and rubber
(7.3%); mineral products (7.0%).
The main structural changes, occuring in the evolution of
imports in 2015 compared to 2014, refer to:
- a growing weight in total imports for the following CN
sections: machinery and mechanical appliances, electrical
equipment, sound and image recorders and reproducers
(+1.1 percentage points in 2015 compared to 2014);
vegetable products (+0.6 percentage points); vehicles and
associated transport equipments (+0.6 percentage points);
- a weight reduction in total imports for the CN section
mineral products (-2.9 percentage points in 2015 compared
to 2014).

Deficite de peste 1 miliard euro au fost înregistrate în
anul 2015 la urmãtoarele secþiuni din Nomenclatorul
Combinat: produse chimice (-4283 milioane euro);

înregistrat sau de reprodus sunetul ºi imaginile (-2730
milioane euro); metale comune ºi articole din acestea
(-2041 milioane euro); produse minerale (-1824 milioane
euro); materiale plastice, cauciuc ºi articole din acestea
(-1519 milioane euro).
Deficits of over 1 billion Euro were recorded in 2015 for the
following sections of the Combine Nomenclature:

România a avut în anul 2015 relaþii comerciale cu 209 þãri.
Cu toate acestea, majoritatea comerþului internaþional este
axat pe câteva þãri partenere dominante. În anul 2015, cele
mai importante 10 pieþe de export au reprezentat 64,1%
din totalul exporturilor României, în timp ce primele 10 þãri
partenere la import au realizat 68,3% din totalul
importurilor.
Ca orientare geograficã a exporturilor din anul 2015,
principala destinaþie o reprezintã în continuare statele
membre ale Uniunii Europene, care deþin 73,7% din
valoarea exporturilor. De asemenea, principala zonã de
provenienþã a importurilor o reprezintã tot statele
membre ale Uniunii Europene, care deþin o pondere de
77,2% din total importuri.
In 2015, Romania had commercial relationships with 209
countries. However, most of the international trade is
focused on few dominant trading partners. In 2015, the ten
largest export markets represented 64.1% of the total
Romanian exports, while the first ten import partners
represented 68.3% of the total imports.
As to the geographical distribution of exports in 2015, the
main destination of goods is still represented by the
Member States of the European Union, which hold 73.7% of
the value of exports. At the same time, the main area of
imports is represented also by the Member States of
the European Union, which hold 77.2% of the total
value of imports.

Comerþul cu restul þãrilor lumii, în afara statelor membre
ale Uniunii Europene, este distribuit în principal între
celelalte þãri ale Europei (11,1% din exporturi ºi 10,2%
din importuri), Asia (7,3% din exporturi ºi 9,6% din
importuri), Africa (4,1% din exporturi ºi 0,8% din
importuri), America (3,1% din exporturi ºi 2,0% din
importuri) ºi Oceania (0,6% din exporturi ºi 0,1% din
importuri).
The trade with the other countries of the world, apart from
Member States of the European Union, is divided mainly
between the other European countries (11.1% of exports
and 10.2% of imports), Asia (7.3% of exports and 9.6% of

al României.
Regarding the ranking of the main trading partners of
Romania, Germany and Italy still keep their leadership
positions in 2015, cumulating a weight of 31.4% of the
Romanian international trade.

Modificãrile în topul primelor zece þãri partenere la
export în anul 2015 comparativ cu anul 2014 sunt
urmãtoarele:
- Regatul Unit a devansat Turcia, urcând de pe locul 6 pe
locul 5;
- Spania a devansat Olanda ºi Polonia, urcând de pe
locul 9 pe locul 8;
- Polonia a devansat Olanda, intrând în topul þãrilor
partenere la export pe locul 9;
- Turcia a coborât de pe locul 5 pe locul 6;
- Federaþia Rusã a pãrãsit topul þãrilor partenere la
export.
Exporturile României cãtre Germania cuprind o mare
diversitate de produse, dintre care se evidenþiazã în
ordine: maºini, aparate ºi echipamente electrice, aparate
de înregistrat sau de reprodus sunetul ºi imaginile;
mijloace ºi materiale de transport; metale comune ºi
articole din acestea; materiale textile ºi articole din
acestea; materiale plastice, cauciuc ºi articole din acestea.
Compared to 2014, in 2015, the following changes
occurred in the top ten export partners countries of
Romania:
- United Kingdom exceeded Turkey, climbing from the 6th
place to the 5th;
- Spain exceeded Netherlands and Poland, climbing from
the 9th place to the 8th;
- Poland exceeded Netherlands, entered the top ten export
partners countries on the 9th position;
- Turkey fell down from the 5th position on the 6th;
- The Russian Federation got out of the top ten export
partners countries.
The Romanian exports to Germany include a great variety
of goods, from which the following can be highlighted in
this order: machinery, electrical appliances and
equipments, sound and image recorders and reproducers;
vehicles and associated transport equipments; base metals
and articles of based metals; textiles and textile articles;
plastics, rubber and articles of plastics and rubber.

France holds the 3rd place in the classification of export
partner countries, the value of exports to this country
increasing in 2015 by 4.6% compared to the previous year.
The most traded products are represented by: machinery,
electrical appliances and equipments, sound and image
recorders and reproducers; vehicles and associated
transport equipments; textiles and textile articles.

Ungaria, valoarea exporturilor fiind cu 10,0% mai mare în
anul 2015 faþã de anul 2014. Exporturile cãtre Ungaria

countries is held by Hungary, the value of exports
increasing by 10.0% in 2015 compared to 2014. The most

transport equipments; plastics, rubber and articles of
plastics and rubber; base metals and articles of based
metals; vegetable products.

Exporturile cãtre Regatul Unit au crescut cu 10,2% în
anul 2015 faþã de anul 2014. Cele mai comercializate
produse la export sunt: maºini, aparate ºi echipamente
electrice, aparate de înregistrat sau de reprodus sunetul
ºi imaginile; materiale textile ºi articole din acestea;

2015 comparativ cu anul 2014 sunt urmãtoarele:
- Olanda a devansat Austria ºi Federaþia Rusã, urcând de
pe locul 10 pe locul 7;
- Austria a devansat Federaþia Rusã, urcând de pe locul
9 pe locul 8;
- Turcia a intrat în topul þãrilor partenere pe locul 9;
- Federaþia Rusã a coborât de pe locul 8 pe locul 10;
- Kazahstan a pãrãsit top zece þãri partenere în anul
2015.
Compared to 2014, in 2015, the following changes occurred
in the top ten import partners countries of Romania:
- Netherlands exceeded Austria and the Russian
Federation, climbing from the 10th position on the 7th;
- Austria exceeded the Russian Federation, climbing from
the 9th position on the 8th;
- Turkey entered the top ten import partners countries on
the 9th position;
- The Russian Federation fell down from the 8th position
on the 10th;
- Kazakhstan got out of the top ten import partners
countries of Romania in 2015.

mare în anul 2015 faþã de anul precedent, produsele cele
mai frecvent comercializate fiind reprezentate de:

înregistrat sau de reprodus sunetul ºi imaginile; mijloace
ºi materiale de transport; metale comune ºi articole din
acestea; materiale plastice, cauciuc ºi articole din
