PRESENTATION
S.C. GENERAL AGREGATE S.R.L. este o societate comercial care are ca domeniu de activitate extragerea i prelucrarea agregatelor de balastier. Societatea are sediul n Timioara, DN 69km 7+200m , stnga, tel 0256 285343, fax 0256 306449, este nregistrat la Registrul Comerului nr J35/400/2001, avnd Codul Unic de Inregistrare RO 13817910. Permanenta preocupare a societii este de a satisface nevoile clienilor n ceea ce privete preul, termenele de livrare i calitatea produselor, n contextul n care exista o pia puternic concurenial. n prezent societatea dispune de dotarea necesar execurtrii n bune condiii a extragerii i prelucrrii agregatelor naturale de balastier. Tendina constant de mbuntire a calitii a fost recunoscut oficial n 2007 de S.C. CERTROM S.R.L. din Bucureti, care a emis certificatele 1831-89/ CEE-98/598-63-07. Acestea atest conformitatea tuturor produselor de la S.C. GENERAL AGERGATE S.R.L. cu standardele europene de referin pentru materialele de construcii.

S.C. GENERAL AGREGATE S.R.L. is a trading company whose field of activity is the extraction and processing of aggregates from the borrow pit. The company resides in Timisoara, National Road DN 69km 7+200m, left, telephone 0256 285343, fax 0256 306449, and is registered at the Trade Register under no. J35/400/2001, having the Registration code: RO 13817910. The constant target of the company is satisfying the customers concerning the prices, the delivery delays and the quality of products, taking into consideration the fact that the existent market is highly competitive. Currently, the company has the necessary equipments in order to properly perform the extraction and processing of the natural aggregates from the borrow pit. The constant quality improvement trend was officially recognised in 2007 by S.C. CERTROM S.R.L. from Bucuresti that issued the certificates 1831-89/ CEE-98/598-63-07. These certify the conformity of all products from S.C. GENERAL AGREGATE S.R.L. with the reference European standards for building materials. The company holds two exploitation licenses for 20 years at the Smbteni II borrow pit and 20 years at Cicir Halta borrow pit respectively, both located in Arad department.

S.C. S.C. GENERAL AGREGATE S.R.L. has the Quality Management System implemented and certified for the following fields of activity: rock extraction, ballast extraction and sorting, sorting of crushed rock and sand obtained by excavation from river and terrace.

Smbteni II
Aceast balastier este proprietara licenei de concesiune, care n condiiile Legii minelor permite societii exploatarea pe timp de 20 de ani a zcmntului de nisip i pietri din perimetrul Smbteni II. This borrow pit is the object of the grant license, which according to the Law of the Mines allows to the company the exploitation for a period of 20 years of the sands and gravels deposit from within the area Smbteni II. Balastiera este situat n localitatea Smbteni judeul Arad. Zcmntul de nisip i pietriuri este localizat pe malul drept a rului Mure, n extravilanul comunei Puli, la circa 2 km de localitatea Smbteni i la 25 km de Arad. The borrow pit is situated in Smbteni town, Arad department. The sands and gravels deposit is situated on the right border of Mures river, in the unincorporated area of Puli village, at almost 2 km far from Smbteni town that is 25 km far from Arad. Accesul la perimetrul de exploatare se face de pe drumul naional DN -7, Bucureti-Arad, pn n localitatea Smbteni, iar de aici pe o distan de 3 km, pe un drum de pmnt amenajat cu balast. The access to the working area is made from the national road DN -7, Bucureti-Arad, up to Smbteni town, and from here over a distance of 3 km, on an earth ballasted road.

Suprafaa total a perimetrului de exploatare a zcmntului de nisip i pietri este de 54,40 ha. The total surface of the sands and gravels deposit exploitation area is of 54.40 ha.

Obinerea sorturilor de agregate se realizeaz n staia de sortare-splare tip FAIM ITALIA, care are o capacitate teoretica de 120 - 150 m3/h i o linie special de concasare a agregatelor.
Obtaining of aggregates station is carried out in the sorting-washing station of FAIM ITALIA type, which has a theoretical capacity of 120 -150 m / h and a special line of aggregate crushing.

Staia de sortare prezint anumite caracteristici care n acest moment o definesc a fi unic n Romnia: The gradation plant has certain characteristics which in this moment define it as being unique in Romania:

1.Este dotat cu un compartiment de separare a lemnelor, care elimin n totalitate aceste elemente att de periculoase n pregtirea cimentului; 1.It is equipped with a wood separator compartment that fully eliminates these elements so dangerous when preparing the cement;

2.Este prevzut cu un hidrociclor care, n timpul ciclului de splare a nisipului, permite separarea de lemn, foarte preios pentru producerea cimentului care apoi va fi utilizat la realizarea produciei de elemente prefabricate.

2.It is equipped with a wet cyclone which, during sand washing cycle, allows the separation from wood that is very important for the preparation of the cement, which will be subsequently used when manufacturing the prefab elements.

4.Calitatea produciei zilnice de agregate este monitorizat n permanen de un laborator intern de gradul III, certificat i autorizat de Inspectoratul Judeean n Construcii, dotat cu echipamente de ultim generaie i condus de personal foarte bine pregtit, specializat n sectorul analizelor agregatelor destinate folosirii n sectorul construciilor.

4.The quality of the daily output is permanently monitored in an III degree internal lab, certified and authorized by the Departmental Construction Inspectorate (I.JC) - equipped with high tech parts and managed by highly trained personnel, specialized in the field of the analysis of the aggregates meant for the use in construction field. 5.Verificarea cantitativ a materialului achiziionat de client este efectuat de un cntar modern electronic produs de societatea italiana Cooperativa Bilanciai- periodic controlat de ctre organele statale de control. 5. The quantitative check of the material purchased by the customer is performed by a modern electronic scale manufactured by the Italian company Cooperativa Bilanciai- recurrently inspected by the government control bodies.

O alt caracteristic unic a acestei staii de sortare o constituie existena n permamen a unui stoc de materiale de 100.000 m3 de agregate destinat a fi livrat clienilor, oferind o continuitate chiar i n perioada n care cotele rului Mure sunt mari, perioad n care celelalte balastiere sunt nevoite s-i ntreup activitatea.

Another unique characteristic of this gradation plant is the permanent existence of a material stock of 100.000 m3 aggregates intended for the delivery towards the customers, insuring continuity even in the period during which the levels of Mure river are not big, during this period the other borrow pits being forced to interrupt their activity.

Suprafaa total a perimetrului de exploatare este de 60 ha. S.C. GENERAL AGREGATE S.R.L. holds a Concession licence which allows it to exploit for a period of 20 years the sands and gravels deposit from Cicir Halt borrow pit. The total surface of the working area is of 60 ha. Balastiera aparine din punct de vedere administrativ de comuna Vladimirescu, judeul Arad. Zcmntul de nisipuri i pietriuri Cicir Halt este localizat n extravilanul comunei Vladimirescu la cca 2 km nord vest de localitatea Smbteni i la 21 km de Arad.

The borrow pit belongs, from an administrative point of view to Vladimirescu village, Arad County. Cicir Halt sands and gravels deposit is located in the unincorporated area of Vladimirescu village, at almost 2 km north-west from Smbteni town that is 21 km far from Arad. Accesul n perimetru se face din drumul DN 7 Bucureti-Arad-P.T.F. Ndlac, la intrarea n localitatea Smbteni, km 527+875; de aici, accesul la balastiera Cicir Halt se face pe un drum de pamant amenajat cu balast pe o distanta de 4km. The access to the working area is made from the national road DN 7 Bucureti- AradP.T.F. Ndlac, at the entry in Smbteni town, km 527+875; from this point, the access to Cicir Halt borrow pit is made on an earth ballasted road over a distance of 4km. Aici nisipul i pietriul, care se gasesc n dou zcminte distincte, sunt escavate cu escavatoare hidraulice, ncrcate n dumper sau camion pentru a fi depozitate i uscate, apoi predate clienilor. Inhere, the river sand and gravel, which are to be found in two different deposits, are excavated by means of hydraulic excavators, loaded in the dumper or truck in order to be stored and dried, and then delivered to the customers.

The finished goods also is quantitatively checked with the electronic scale (manufactured by Bilanciai company) and qualitatively checked in the internal lab installed at the borrow pit Smbteni II. n aceast balastier sunt inregistrate rezerve i resurse de nisipuri i pietriuri, conform clasificrii rezervelor geologice n vigoare la data apariiei Legii minelor. In this borrow pit are registered sands and gravels resources and storages, according to the classification of the geological resources in force upon the issue of the Law of the Mines.
