INTRODUCERE
Istoria alimentelor este un domeniu interdisciplinar care
REVOLUIA INDUSTRIAL
Revoluia industrial s-a declanat la sfritul secolului al XVIII-lea i n
primele decenii ale secolului al XIX-lea mai nti n Anglia, care a reu it s
se menin ca prima putere industrial a lumii pn la sfritul secolului al
XIX-lea.

Industrializarea Germaniei a fost marcat de frmi area sa politic,
condiiile favorabile declanrii revoluiei n acest domeniu fiind create
prin anii 1840-1850.
Dezvoltarea industrial a SUA a debutat la mijlocul secolului al XIX-lea
prin aplicarea unei multitudini de invenii i inova ii. Sosirea masiv de
emigrani dup 1865 a antrenat o puternic dezvoltare a economiei
americane i astfel n jurul anului 1900 SUA au devenit prima ar
industrial din lume.
