CARACTERISTICILE I AVANTAJELE COURILOR CU PERETE DUBLU

Courile cu perete dublu sunt construite din dou piese cu perei modulari din oel inoxidabil, cu un interstiiu din vat mineral cu densitate mare. Aceste pri sunt interconectate i garanteaz etaneitatea perfect a gazelor i a apei, cu ajutorul unui colier de strngere care asigur totodat i stabilitatea sistemului. Peretele interior, cel care vine n contact cu fumul, este realizat din oel inoxidabil AISI 316L, n timp ce peretele exterior este n mod normal realizat din oel inoxidabil AISI 304. La cerere, acesta poate fi realizat din AISI 316L sau din cupru, atunci cnd sistemul trebuie integrat ntr-un centru istoric. Datorit calitii superioare a materialului utilizat, a proiectrii precise, i a gamei bogate de accesorii i de diametre disponibile, courile de fum cu perete dublu ofer cea mai bun soluie pentru orice fel de cerin privind evacuarea produselor de ardere. Toate sudurile sunt executate cu MICROTIG i cu PLASMA (pe toate seciunile lineare ale conductei).

CHARACTERISTICS AND ADVANTAGES OF DOUBLE WALLED CHIMNEYS

Double walled chimneys are built with double wall modular parts, in stainless steel with an interspace of high density mineral wool. These parts are interconnected and they guarantee a perfect gas and water tightness, with the help of a locking band which also ensures the system stability. The internal wall, which comes into contact with the smoke, is always made of stainless steel AISI 316L whereas the external wall is normally made of stainless steel AISI 304. On request, it can be made of AISI 316L, or of copper when the system must be integrated into an historical centre. Due to the high quality of the materials employed, the accurate planning and the wide range of accessories and diameters available, the double walled chimneys provide the best solution for every requirement of combustion products evacuation. All the welding is made with MICROTIG and with PLASMA (in all the linear sections of the pipe).

Datorit proprietilor incombustibile ale materialelor utilizate i a sistemului special de cuplaj care garanteaz o stabilitate perfect, courile cu perete dublu sunt indicate att pentru cldirile n care exist reglementri speciale de prevenire a incendiilor, ct i pentru instalaiile din zonele seismice. Adncimea cuplajelor dintre module i racordurile de etanare garanteaz o etaneitate perfect a pieselor componente: acestea sunt etane fa de gaz i ap i totodat, rezist la presiuni pozitive sau negative. Grosimea oelului utilizat a fost deliberat proiectat pentru a garanta soliditatea sistemului, precum i atingerea rapid a punctului de stabilitate termic astfel nct s contribuie la mbuntirea caracteristicilor de tiraj Oelul inoxidabil este un material foarte durabil, caracterizat i de o conductivitate termic foarte redus, mpiedic foarte mult transmiterea cldurii de la peretele interior la cel exterior. Aadar, acest material previne deteriorarea i crestarea materialelor acolo unde sunt instalate courile cu perete dublu. Meninerea unei temperaturi nalte n interiorul courilor ajut tirajul, asigur o ardere mai bun i n consecin, o eficien sporit a instalaiei: n acest fel, se garanteaz optimizarea condiiilor de protecie a mediului. Expansiunea, datorat temperaturilor nalte ale fumului, este absorbit masiv, n mod independent, de fiecare modul n parte. Interstiiul materialului izolant, realizat din vat mineral cu densitate mare, previne preluarea de ctre structur a distorsiunilor permanente cauzate de temperaturile care depesc maximul admisibil. GENERAL DATA
Thanks to the incombustibility of the materials used and to the special coupling system which guarantees perfect stabiliiy, double walled chimneys are suitable both for buildings where there are special fire prevention regulations and for installations in seismic areas. The depths of clutches between modules and the tight joints guarantee a perfect seal of the parts: they are gas and water tight as well as able to stand both positive and negative pressures. The thickness of the steel used has deliberately been designed to guarantee the solidity of the system as well as a quick achievement of the thermal stability point in order to help and improve draught characteristics. Stainless steel is very durable, as well as characterised by a very low thermal conductivity, and it greatly restricts heat transmission from the internal to the external wall. Therefore it avoids deterioration and indentation of the materials close to where the double walled chimneys have been installed. Maintaining the temperature at high levels inside the chimneys helps the draught, allows a better combustion and consequently better efficiency of the plant: in this way respect for and optimisation of the environmental conditions are guaranteed. Expansion, due to the high temperatures of the smoke, is amply absorbed by each module independently. The interspace of insulating material, made up of high density mineral wool, prevents the structure from undergoing permanent distortions which might be caused by temperatures which exceed the maximum allowable. Fonction of the thermal resistance the double walled chimneys are grouped as follows: n Class B for internal diameters down to 300 mm n Class A for internal diameters up to 350 mm.

Caracteristicile tehnice Toate componentele courilor sunt modulare cu mbinare n nut i feder, fiind uor de asamblat cu ajutorul unui colier de strngere. La cerere, poate fi livrat o garnitur de etanare din silicon care s garanteze o mai bun etanare la presiune. Peretele interior, complet independent fa de peretele exterior, permite compensarea expansiunii, fr s afecteze structura. Grosimea redus a peretelui exterior permite ca fumul s elibereze o cantitate foarte mic de cldur, n felul acesta ajutnd tirajul i mpiedicnd condensul nociv. Calculul i dimensionarea Pentru a se obine un tiraj perfect n tot sistemul de couri, canalul de fum i coul vor fi dimensionate dup planul cldirii. Clasificarea i certificarea Courile cu perete dublu cu diametrele de la 80 la 300 mm au fost clasificate la clasa B iar cele cu diametrele de la 350 la 800 mm la clasa A.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF DOUBLE WALLED CHIMNEYS

Technical characteristics All the chimneys components are modular with a tongue-and-groove joint easily and simply assembled with a locking band. On request we can also supply a silicone gasket to guarantee a fudher seal to pressures. The internal wall, completely independent from the external wall, allows compensation for expansions without affecting the structure. The small thickness of the internal wall enables the smoke to release a very small quantity of heat and this helps draught and avoids harmful condensates. Scaling and calculation In order to obtain a perfect draught in the whole chimneys system, the smoke channel and the chimney will have to be scaled according to the house plan. Grading and certifying The double walled chimneys from diameter 80 to 300 mm were classified as class B and those from diameter 350 to 800 mm as class A.

Modulul pentru testarea fumului se utilizeaz pentru extragerea probelor de fum n vederea analizei i pentru verificarea temperaturilor. Modul trebuie instalat la captul coului, atunci cnd capacitatea cazanului sau a generatorului depete 50.000 Kcal/h.

Aceast consol pentru perete are funcia specific de fixare i de suport pentru co. Este necesar s se fixeze cte una la fundul i la vrful primului racord T i apoi cte una la fiecare 3 (trei) module. n cazul n care consola este instalat, atunci, colierul de strngere nu trebuie s fie aezat ntre racorduri.

WALL BRACKET SUPPORT SCP

This wall bracket with the specific function of supporting and bracing the chimney. It is necessary ti fit one at bottom and at the top of the first T and then one every 3 (three) modules. If this bracket is installed, the locking band must not be fitted between joints.

Instruciuni pentru instalarea courilor cu perete dublu

Toate piesele componente ale courilor se introduc una n alta i sunt interconectate fie cu colierul de strngere fie cu consola de perete. Pentru a obine o instalare perfect trebuie s reinei c mufa de legtur tip mam a fiecrui modul va avea instalat cptueala ascendent astfel nct mufa de legtur tip tat s fie ntotdeauna n aceeai direcie ca i fluxul fumurilor. ASAMBLAREA MODULULUI TELESCOPIC Pentru a adapta modulul telescopic la lungimea cerut trebuie s procedai n modul urmtor: 1 Se ajusteaz cele dou piese ale modulului pn se obine dimensiunea dorit. 2 Dac este necesar ajustarea lungimii elementului telescopic la dimensiuni mai mici dect dimensiunea sa minim, se poate ndeprta piesa de etanare dintre cele dou elemente. 3 Se blocheaz cele dou piese n poziia respectiv cu colierul de strngere. 4 Dac modulele telescopice sunt instalate n exterior, va fi necesar s se aplice silicon n jurul mbinrii dintre cele dou piese astfel nct s se evite degajarea de gaz i s se garanteze etaneitatea fa de ap. ATENIUNE!!! Nu este indicat s se sprijine sarcini verticale pe nici una dintre modulele telescopice. Dac totui, se ivete aceast situaie, va fi necesar s se instaleze cte o consol de perete la fundul i la captul modulelor, astfel nct s nu sufere nici un fel de variaie a dimensiunilor fixate anterior. SUPORTUL CU CONSOL PENTRU PERETE SCP Aceste console de perete vor susine coul dac sunt instalate la fundul i la captul racordului T la 90 i respectiv, T la 135. Este recomandabil s se instaleze cte una la fiecare 3 (trei) module, reinnd faptul c acolo unde vei instala consola nu trebuie s instalai colierul de strngere. Acest tip particular de colier de perete trebuie instalat la mbinarea dintre cele dou elemente. CONSOLA DE PERETE COP Aceste console de perete sunt utilizate numai pentru a menine coul aliniat pe vertical i pentru a-l fixa. Acest model nu poate fi instalat la mbinri, dar poate fi aplicat pe modulele lineare. SUPORII DE PERETE Se recomand ca aceti supori s se utilizeze cu conductele care au diametru de peste 400 mm. Primul suport de perete este fixat la fund iar celelalte trebuie fixate la fiecare 10 metri de coul vertical.

WARNING!!! All the telescopic modules are not meant to bear vertical load. If this situation arises it will be necessary to install a wall bracket at the bottom and one at the top of the modules, so that it will not undergo any variation of the previously fixed dimensions. WALL BRACKET SUPORT SCP It these wall brackets are installed at the bottom and at the top of a 90 T and a 135 T, they support the chimney. It is advisable to install one every 3 (three) modules, keeping in mind that where you install the wall bracket you must not install the locking band. This particular type of wall bracket must be installed at the joint between two elements.
