Explanation and strategic interpretation of organizational performance as well as theoretical and practical matters required for such interpretation.

3. Instrumental aplicative (proiectarea, conducerea şi evaluarea activităţilor practice specifice;

utilizarea unor metode, tehnici şi instrumente de investigare şi de aplicare) / Instrumental -

applicative (design, management and evaluation of specific practical activities, the use of methods, techniques and tools of investigation and application) Application of techniques and tools for investigating influencing factors of business performances. Such tools and techniques are as following: PEST analysis, SWOT analysis, SWOT matrix, model of ”Five Competitive Forces”, value chain analysis, ”Balanced Scorecard” method etc.
