Atributii privind respectarea normelor de sanatate
si securitate in munca, de prevenire si stingere a
incendiilor
Sa isi desfoare activitatea, n conformitate
cu pregtirea i instruirea sa, precum i cu
instruciunile primite din partea angajatorului, astfel
nct sa nu expuna la pericol de accidentare sau
imbolnavire profesional att propria persoana, cat i
alte persoane care pot fi afectate de aciunile sau
omisiunile sale n timpul procesului de munca.
Sa utilizeze corect aparatura i alte
echipamente de munca;
Sa nu procedeze la scoaterea din funciune, la
modificarea, schimbarea sau nlturarea arbitrar a
dispozitivelor de securitate proprii, n special ale
aparaturii, instalaiilor tehnice, i sa utilizeze corect
aceste dispozitive;
Sa comunice imediat angajatorului i/sau
lucrtorilor desemnai orice situaie de munca despre
care au motive ntemeiate sa o considere un pericol
pentru securitatea i sntatea lucrtorilor, precum i
orice deficienta a sistemelor de protecie;
Sa aduc la cunostinta conducatorului locului
de munca i/sau angajatorului accidentele suferite de
propria persoana;
Sa coopereze cu angajatorul i/sau cu
lucrtorii desemnai, att timp cat este necesar, pentru
a face posibila realizarea oricror msuri sau cerine
dispuse de ctre inspectorii de munca i inspectorii
sanitari, pentru protecia sntii i securitii protect the health and safety of the workers;

their preparation and training, as well as with the
instructions received from the employer, so as not to
expose to risk of injury or occupational disease both

affected by their actions or omissions during work
process.
