Cu înscenarea unor fragmente din creaţia scriitorului Spiridon


Vangheli de teatrul de păpuşi Casa de Cultură or.Drochia (conducător
Cr.Ţurcanu)

Scopul:
Familiarizarea copiilor cu creaţia lui Sp.Vangheli, altoirea la copii a
dragostei faţă de lectură şi cunoaşterea cît mai profundă a creaţiei
scriitorului.

Participanţi:
Grădiniţele şi clasele primare a liceelor teoretice din or.Drochia.

Rolul bibliotecii în pregătirea şi desfăşurarea activităţii:


organizarea auditoriului,
oformarea localului,
selectarea literaturii pentru scenariu,
-Medalionul literar ,,Guguţă-prietenul copiilor,,
-Lecturi în grup a cărţii lui S.Vangheli ,,Copii în cătuşile Siberiei,,
-Ora de poezie ,,
-Exp. de carte şi exp. de desene ale copiilor ,,Guguţă în viziunea
copiilor,, (oformarea şi prezentarea)

INFORMAȚIE
privind activitatea bibliotecii pentru copii, Drochia.

Biblioteca pentru copii este amplasată în incinta Muzeului raional de istorie și


etnografie, Drochia, situat pe adresa str. Mitropolitul Varlaam, 35 nr. 3,
Înregistrat cu numărul cadastral 3601106.024.01.004.
Suprafața totală a celor 7 încăperi în care se află biblioteca este de 146,8 m2.
La acestea se mai adaugă un coridor cu S de 37,8 m2 și un antreu cu S de 18.0 m2.
Astfel suprafața totală fiind de 202.6 m2

Fondul de carte la momentul actual constitue 44358 de cărți.


În 2012 biblioteca a acordat servicii informaționale unui număr de 2713
beneficiari.
Numărul de împrumut este de 51544 exemplare,
dintre care 28766 în limba de stat.
Numărul de vizite constituie 24420.
Vizite fără împrumut – 606.
Biblioteca are în dotare 54 stelaje și 31 dulapuri pentru cărți, 36 mese și
38 scaune.

În anul 2012 pentru activitatea bibliotecii au fost folosite mijloace financiare:

Salariu – (art.111) – 117,2 lei dintre care:


- salariul funcției – 68,8 (art 111.01)
- sporurile la salariul funcției -25,1 (art.111.020
- retribuirea complementară la salariul funcției – 10,8 (art.111.03)
- fondul social – 25,1 (art.112)

Plata mărfurilor și serviciilor (art 113) – 49,7 mii lei.

Muzeul raional de Istorie și Etnografie, Drochia.

Muzeul dispune doar de 3 (trei) camere unde sunt adunate exponatele.
1- 9,5 m2; 2 – 13,1 m2; 3- 36,5 m2 – Total – 59,1 m2
O cameră este ocupată de Societatea veteranilor – S 21,4 m2
În prezent, În fondul muzeului se află 8053 exponate.

În cadrul muzeului activează 2 colaboratori : Directorul și un muzeograf.

Bugetul muzeului în 1912 a constituit 49,3 mii lei dintre care, 33,4 mii lei –
Salariu; prcurări – 1000 lei; curent electric – 800 lei; reparații- 5000 lei;
Deplasări – 600 lei.
Partnership agreement

The parties

and

[Name of Partner] with the official address in [official address: country, postcode, city, street, no.], tax
number [tax number], legal representative [name of legal representative], hereinafter called Partner,

agree to the following:

Article 1 - Purpose
The purpose of this agreement is to implement in partnership the project ARTEC, for which a grant
application for funding is submitted under the Education, Audiovisual & Culture Executive Agency
Creative Europe Programme (2014-2020), Culture Sub-programme – Cooperation projects category 1.

This agreement settles the division of responsibilities and financial aspects between the Project Leader
and the Partner/s, in the framework of project implementation, in the case that the project is proposed
for financing and a contract is signed with the Education, Audiovisual & Culture Executive Agency in this
regard.
1.1 If a grant is awarded to the Project Leader and this one agrees on the terms and conditions of the
grant contract, the Project Leader is responsible for implementing the project, together with the
partners, under the conditions specified below.

Article 2 – The good practice principles of the partnership


2.1 All partners must contribute to the project in the manner specified in the Application form and the
Partnership agreement.
2.2 If the grant will be awarded to the Project Leader, the partners authorize the Project Leader to sign
the contract with the Education, Audiovisual & Culture Executive Agency and to represent them in
the context of the project implementation.
2.3 The Project Leader must consult with partners regularly and keep them fully informed on all aspects
of project development.
2.4 All partners must implement the activities by respecting the highest professional and ethical
standards.
2.5 Partners are bound to comply with all rules and requirements of the Grant Contract to be signed by
the Project Leader.

Article 3 – Duration of the agreement

Article 4 – The objectives of the project


4.1 Usage of creativity and arts as an effective tool for the preservation and the enhancement of
European identity represented by its heritage;
4.2 Rediscovery of traditional themes and ways of artistic expression as an inspirational drive for young
artists and creators in a multicultural context;
4.3 Employment of new technologies in design of heritage areas, with an emphasis towards placing the
traditions in a modern cultural European-relevant context.

Article 5 – The activities which will be implemented in order to achieve these objectives
The activities of the project will be implemented throughout the partnership countries but to varying
degrees within each country. Additional Activities will be implemented in other countries through
Associate Partners. The principal activities, presented in the Project Description will incorporate the
following elements:
A.1 Kick off meeting
A.2. The establishment of Arts and Crafts Centre (ACC) in Bonțida, Romania
A.3. ACC in action
A.4 Closing event of the Arts and Crafts Centre resident.
A.5 Dissemination, valorisation of results

Article 6 – roles and responsibilities of each organization involved in the partnership


6.1 The Project leader shall:
a. be the intermediary for all communication between the Partners and the Agency;
b. be responsible for supplying all the documents and information to the Agency which may be required
under this agreement. The Project leader shall not delegate any part of this task to the Partners or to any
other party.
c. request and receive all payments made by the Agency and distribute the grant among the Partners in
accordance with this agreement without unjustified delay;
d. be responsible in the event of audits, checks or evaluations, for providing all the necessary
documents, including the accounts of the Partners and the original accounting documents;
e. inform the Agency of transfers between items of eligible costs.
6.2 The Partners shall:
a. agree for the proper performance of the action;
b. forward to the project leader the data needed to draw up the reports, financial statements, photos
and other documents;
c. ensure that all information to be provided to the Agency is sent via the project leader;
d. inform the Project Leader immediately of any event liable to substantially affect or delay the
implementation of the action of which they are aware;
e. provide the Project Leader with the documents necessary for checks and audits.
The Partners agree on the role of their organisation in the project:
1. contributing to the general management of the project;
2. project planning, provision of professional expertise;
3. participation in dissemination of information and publishing the project;
4. organisation and implementation of international mobility of participants and products of the
projects;
5. organisation, participation and management of cultural heritage related events, ensuring maximum
public/peer impact.

Article 7 – Law applicable and competent court


a. the grant is governed by the terms of the agreement, the Community rules applicable and, on a
subsidiary basis, by the law of Belgium relating to grants.
The partners may bring legal proceedings regarding decisions by the Agency concerning the application
of provisions of the agreement and the arrangements for implementing it, before the Court of First
Instance of the European Communities and, in the event of appeal, the Court of Justice of the European
Communities.

Article 9 – Liability
1. The project leader and the partners shall have sole responsibility for complying with any legal
obligations incumbent of them.
2. The Agency shall not, in any circumstances or any grounds, be held liable in the event of a claim under
the agreement relating any damage caused during the action’s execution. Consequently, the Agency will
not entertain any request for indemnity or reimbursement accompanying such claim.
3. except in causes of force majeure, the project leader shall make good any damage sustained by the
Agency as a result of the execution or faulty execution of the action.
4. the project leader and the partners shall bear sole liability vis a vis third parties, including for damage
of any kind sustained by them while the action is being carried out.

Article 10 – Force majeure


1. Force majeure shall mean any unforeseeable exceptional situation or event beyond the parties’
control which prevents them from fulfilling any of their obligations under this agreement, was not
attributable to error or negligence in their part, and proves insurmountable in spite of all due diligence.
Defects in equipment or material or delays in making them available (unless due to force majeure),
labour disputes, strikes or financial difficulties cannot be invoked as force majeure by the defaulting
party.
2 A party faced with force majeure shall inform the other party without delay by registered letter with
advice of delivery or equivalent, stating the nature, probable duration and foreseeable effects.
3 Neither of the parties shall be held in breach of their obligations under the agreement if they are
prevented from fulfilling them by force majeure. The parties shall make every effort to minimize any
damage due to force majeure.

HAVE AGREED
for the purposes of the implementation of the agreement entitled
[ARTEC (Arts, Rediscovery, Traditions, Eclectic, Contemporary) ("the action"),
with the Education Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency
the following:

1. The partner grants power of attorney to the lead partner, to act in his name and for his account in signing the
grant agreement and its possible subsequent riders with the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive
Agency. Accordingly, the partner hereby mandates the lead partner to take full legal responsibility for the
implementation of such an agreement.

2. The partner hereby confirms that he has taken careful note of and accepts all the provisions of the grant
agreement with the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency, in particular all provisions
affecting the partner and the lead partner. In particular, he acknowledges that, by virtue of this mandate, the
lead partner will be the sole recipient of payments (EU funds) from the Executive Agency on behalf of all
beneficiaries. The lead partner will ensure that the appropriate payments are made to the other partners.

3. The partner hereby agrees to do everything in his power to help the lead partner fulfil the lead partner’s
obligations under the grant agreement. In particular, the partner hereby agrees to provide to the lead partner
whatever documents or information may be required, as soon as possible after receiving the request from the
lead partner.

4. The provisions of the grant agreement, including this mandate, shall take precedence over any other
agreement between the partner and the lead partner which may have an effect on the implementation of the
grant agreement between the lead partner and the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency.

5. A copy of this mandate shall be annexed to the grant agreement and shall form an integral part of it.

6. The partner's financial participation to the implementation of the project amounts to 14028 €
