Bulz ciobnesc

Bulzul ciobnesc poate f servit ca


un prim fel , o gustare sau ca un
acompaniament la alte feluri de
mncare . Este extrem de delicios ,
dar destul de difcil de fcut.
Ingrediente:
175 g mmlig, lingurita de sare,
! cuburi unt gras cam de 1 cm, !
cuburi de brnz de burduf cam de 1
cm, 5" g unt, #"" ml de smntn
Mod de preparare:

strong /ard c/eese suc/ as /aloumi, $armesan or 7/eddar measuring 1 cm, 5" g

How to prepare:
1. $ut t/e polenta and salt in a large saucepan 3it/ !"" ml 3ater.

!. 9elt t/e butter in a pan, add t/e dumplings, rolling t/em around in t/e butter
and allo3 to coo1 for about 1" minutes.
