Se dă fragmentul de text :
„Mîhnitul Demon singuratic
Peste pămînt zbura tăcut
Şi fruntea lui ca de jăratic
Îşi amintea despre trecut
Cînd în lumina orbitoare
Ca heruvim el strălucea
Şi cînd cometa călătoare
Schimba cu el o sărutare
Şi-alintător îi surîdea.
Cînd dintre neguri de vecie
Setos de-a şti sta urmărind
Toţi aştri-n caravană vie
Prin necuprinsuri pribegind.
Şi fericit putea să fie
Ca-ntîia lumii creatură
Străin de îndoieli şi ură
Şi veacuri sterpe-n lînced şir
Nu-i încruntau senina minte

Demult, proscris el rătăcea
