Rezumat

Muntele este un loc frecventat foarte des de persoane pregatite, sau mai puțin pregătite
pentru acest mediu. Condițiile de acces dificile, dar mai ales vremea, duc la producerea de
accidente. Terenul fiind de regulă greu accesibil, intervenția se execută de către salvamontiști,
sau în unele situații de către locuitorii din zonă. Accidentele în munte au o frecvență destul de
rară, dar gravitatea este invers proportională cu numărul lor. În aceste condiții, existența unor
dispozitive medicale mobile de intervenție este mai mult decât necesară. Aparatul de anestezie
conceput, vine în sprijinul salvatorilor montani, datorită dimensiunilor, greutății, mobilității,
caracteristicilor tehnice și posibilităților de utilizare și evacuare. Acesta permite efectuarea
anesteziei la locul petrecerii evenimentului, precum și transportul în siguranță al pacientului
până la locul de unde poate fi preluat de mijloace auto sau elicopter. Echipamentul conține
toate facilitățile pentru a fi utilizat în teren accidentat.
Capitolul I cuprinde secțiunea „Introducere” în care am evidențiat relația care există
între ergonomie, proiectarea mecanică a aparatului de anestezie, managementul căilor
respiratorii în timpul anesteziei și protocolul de verificare al aparatului de anestezie și
materialelor de anestezie. Aeastă secțiune este urmată de istoricul inovațiilor tehnologice
principale în domeniul proiectării echipamentelor de anestezie și evoluția aparatului de
anestezie Dräger, marcă cu tradiție în domeniu.
În Capitolul II am descris tipuri de anestezie, tehnici de anestezie și farmacologia
anestezicelor. Prezentarea și descrierea generală a aparatului de anestezie continuă acest
capitol.
Studiul practic cu titlul „Aparatul mobil de anestezie pentru intervenții în zone
montane” este cuprins în Capitolul III. Proiectarea aparatului mobil de anestezie pentru
intervenție în zone montane și analiza componentelor acestuia definesc studiul practic.

și noțiuni de fizică utilizate în realizarea analizei componentelor aparatului de anestezie sunt
cuprinse tot în acest capitol.
 The mountain is a place very often frequented by people prepared, or less prepared for
ths enviroment. Difficul acces conditions, but especially the weather, lead to accidents. The
rerrain is usually difficult to access, the intervention is performed by mountain rescuers, or in
some situations by residents. Accidents in the mountains have a rather rare frequency, but the
severity is inversely proportiomnal to their number.Under these conditions, the existence of
mobile medical intervention devices is more than necessary. The designed anesthesia machine
comes in support of mountain rescuers, due to its size, weight, mobility, technical
characteristcs and possibilities of use and evacuation. It allows the anesthesia to be performed
at the place of the event, as well as the safe transport of the patient to the place where he cand
be piked up by car or helicopter.The equipment contains all the facilities to be used in rough
terrain.

Chapter I includes the section „Introduction” in witch we highlighted the realationship

between ergonomics, mechanical design of the anesthesia machine, airway management
during anesthesia and the protocol for checking the anesthesia machine and anesthesia
materials. This section is followed by the history of the main technological innovations in the
field of anesthesia equipment desight and the evolution of the Dräger anesthesia machine, a
brand with a tradition in the field .

In Chapter II we deschibed types of anesthesia, anesthesia techniques and the

phamarcology of the anesthetics. The presentation and general description of the anesthesia
machine continues this chapter.

The practical study entitled „ Mobile anesthesia machine for interventions in mountain
areas” is included in Chapter III. The design of the mobile anesthesia device for interventions
in mountain areas and the analysis of its components define the practical study.
