It is cloudy=Este înorat
It is partly cloudy= Esteparțial noros
It is windy=Bate vântul
It is foggy= Este ceață
It is hot/cold= Este cald/rece

It is+ VERB +ing- pentru a arăta ce se întâmplă acum, cu vremea
