Articolul reÀectă o problema de actualitate útiinĠi¿că dat ¿ind faptul că e¿cienаa
sau performanаele obаinute de o persoană în diverse activităаi sunt adesea raportate la
nivelul de dezvoltare a inteligenаei sau a capacităаilor generale. Însă, parcursul istoric
de conceptualizare a inteligenĠei adesea a fost controversat, generând diverse dispute
în mediul Юtiinаi¿c, iar vQWUHEDUHD dacă este sau nu performanĠa legată de inteligenĠa
academică (generală) a devenit úi mai actuală odată cu apariаia noilor tipuri de inteli-
genĠe - inteligenаele non-academice.
Scopul acestei sinteze teoretice cu privire la abordările clasice ale inteligenĠei este
de a reÀecta elementele de¿nitorii ale inteligenаei generale úi de a pune în evidenĠă
importanаa manifestărilor practice ale inteligenĠei ce ne apropie de înаelegerea inteli-
genĠelor non-academice în realizarea succesului.
