Identify open positions by regularly talking to all directors.
Maintain the *WIKI Open Positions article on a regular basis
Maintain copies of all advertisements on WIKI and update Job Advertisements on wiki
Post advertisements online to the local websites
Identify candidates for recruitment using different recruitment channels
Communicate about open positions internally
Screen candidates
Test these candidates (language & IQ tests) using P-test application.
Register test results in PMT.
Reference check (if needed)
Recommend candidates for further interviews
Collect feedback on proposed candidates
Informing candidates on the results of the interviews
Informing those who made a recommendation about the results of the recruitment process
(positive or negative).
Register all information received into PMT and JIRA
Succesion planning together with Head of Departments.
