REGULAMENT PRIVIND NTOCMIREA, REDACTAREA I EVALUAREA LUCRRILOR DE LICEN

I. INTRODUCERE CADRUL GENERAL In conformitate cu Regulamentul de organizare i desfurare a examenului de licen la Universitatea Andrei Saguna, examenul de licen const din dou pro e! a" evaluarea cunotinelor fundamentale i de specialitate# " prezentarea i susinerea lucrrii de licen$ %iecare student din anul terminal are obligaia de a&i alege tema lucrrii de licen i cadrul didactic coordonator, respect'nd, pe parcursul ela orrii i prezentrii lucrrii, cerinele impuse de acesta$ ('n la data de )* noiem rie a$c$ studenii din anul terminal i !o" al#g# "#$a l%&'('ii )# li&#*( prin depunerea cererii la cadrul didactic coordonator i avizarea de ctre acesta$ +adrele didactice care ,ndrum lucrri de licen au o ligaia ca p'n la data de -. noiem rie s depun la decanat cererile avizate ,nsoite de un ta el centralizator$ II. ACTIVITATEA CONDUCTORULUI TIINI+IC PENTRU NDRUMAREA ELA,ORRII LUCRRII DE LICEN /ndrumarea lucrrii de licen revine ,n responsa ilitatea cadrelor didactice desemnate de Senatul Universitar i se materializeaz prin urmtoarele! a$ ela oreaz ,mpreun cu studentul Fia lucrrii de licen 0anexa nr$ )"# $ consiliaz studentul ori de c'te ori acesta solicit# c$ evalueaz periodic stadiul ,ndeplinirii o iectivelor de etap# solicit studentului verificarea prii teoretice a lucrrii prin programul antiplagiat ,n decem rie&ianuarie$ d$ apreciaz calitatea coninutului capitolelor ela orate i face o servaii i sugestii de completare sau de reconsiderare, acolo unde este cazul# e$ analizeaz coninutul integral i forma final a lucrrii# f$ ,ntocmete referatul de apreciere a lucrrii de licen 0anexa nr$ -" ,n finalul cruia propune acordarea unei note$ III. ACTIVITATEA -TUDENTULUI PENTRU ELA,ORAREA LUCRRII DE LICEN -"%)#*"%l are urmtoarele o ligaii, ce decurg din parcurgerea stagiului prevazut in planul de invatamant, ,n ultimul semestru de studiu, su denumirea Elaborarea lucrrii de licen a$ analizeaz tema lucrrii de licen pentru care a optat i identific pro lemele principale de soluionat# $prezint conductorului tiinific proiectul de soluionare a temei 0planul lucrrii" i i liografia selectat# c$ ela oreaz, ,mpreun cu conductorul tiinific, Fia lucrrii de licen# d$rezolv cu rigurozitate pro lemele ,nscrise ,n Fia lucrrii de licen# e$ solicit consilierea conductorului tiinific ori de c'te ori apar dificulti ,n ela orarea lucrrii de licen# f$ prezint conductorului tiinific, la termenele sta ilite,rezultatele documentrii i ale investigaiilor, precum i prile ela orate din lucrare#

g$prezint lucrarea de licen conductorului tiinific ,nainte de a o lega1coperta, pentru ca acesta s ai posi ilitatea s mai fac o servaiile ce impun completri i1sau reconsiderri ale modalitii de soluionare# poate solicita indrumatorului verificarea partii teoretice a lucrarii prin programul antiplagiat in decem rie&ianuarie$ 2$pred, ,n perioada )3&-. mai, un exemplar din lucrarea de licen, ,nsoit de un +41454$ 6ucrarea se verific de o comisie sta ilit de +onsiliul profesoral, care prin calificativul admis certific respectarea structurii lucrrii de licen 0conform indicaiilor de mai 7os"$ 6ucrrile respinse se vor reface i preda ,n perioada ). iunie&)8 iunie$ 9 inerea calificativului admis este necesar pentru promovarea Stagiului de ela orare a lucrarii de licenta, cuprins ,n planul de ,nvm'nt$ -"'%&"%'a l%&'('ii )# li&#*( 6ucrarea de licen este structurat pe capitole i inlcude urmtoarele elemente obliga"o'ii! a$ Copert : informaiile care tre uie s apar pe coperta lucrrii de licen sunt prezentate ,n Anexa;# $ Pagina de titlu : informaiile care tre uie s apar ,n pagina de titlu a lucrrii de licen sunt prezentate ,n Anexa3$ 4e asemenea, a solvenii pot descrca de pe site&ul %acultii de Studii <uropene a lonul pentru redactarea paginii de titlu# c$ Declaraie standard : lucrarea de licen va conine o declaraie pe propria rspundere a a solventului, datat i .#$*a"( * o'igi*al, din care s rezulte c lucrarea ,i aparine, nu a mai fost niciodat prezentat i nu este plagiat Anexa * d. Evaluarea lucrrii de licen completata de cadrul didactic e$ Raportul antiplagiat f$ Cuprins : lucrarea de licen va avea un cuprins care s conin cel puin titlurile tuturor capitolelor ,nsoite de numrul paginii la care ,ncepe fiecare capitol 0a se vedea exemplul din Anexa8"# g$ Lista figurilor i lista tabelelor : ,n cazul ,n care lucrarea de licen conine figuri 0imagini, grafice" i1sau ta ele, acestea vor fi prezentate, imediat dup cuprins, su forma unor liste 0separat pentru figuri i ta ele" care conin numele fiecrui element i numrul paginii la care se afl acesta 0a se vedea exemplul din Anexa="# 2$ Introducere : aceasta va conine motivaia alegerii temei, gradul de noutate a temei, o iectivele generale ale lucrrii, metodologia folosit, firul rou al lucrrii 0titlul capitolelor i legtura dintre ele", precum i limitele lucrrii 0confidenialitatea datelor, rat mic de rspuns la c2setionare1interviuri, lipsa accesului la unele surse i liografice de referin, etc$"$ Introducerea nu se numeroteaz ca i capitol# i$ Capitole : lucrarea de licen va conine ,ntre ; i > capitole numerotate cresctor, fiecare put'nd s ai , ,n partea final, o seciune de &o*&l%/ii, care s sintetizeze informaiile i1sau rezultatele prezentate ,n cadrul acelui capitol# 7$ Conclu iile lucrrii : ,n aceast parte a lucrrii de licen se regsesc cele mai importante concluzii din lucrare, opinia personal privind rezultatele o inute ,n lucrare, precum i poteniale direcii viitoare de cercetare legate de tema a ordat$ +oncluziile lucrrii nu se numeroteaz ca i capitol# ?$ !ne"e 0dac este cazul" : acestea apar ,ntr&o seciune separat, care nu se numeroteaz ca i capitol$ %iecare anex se va meniona cel puin o dat ,n textul lucrrii$ Anexele se numeroteaz cresctor 0Anexa ), Anexa -, etc"# l$ #ibliografie : acesta este ultima parte a lucrrii i va conine lista tuturor surselor de informaie utilizate de ctre a solvent pentru redactarea lucrrii de licen$ @i liografia nu se va numerota ca i capitol al lucrrii$

-TRUCTURA LUCRRII DE LICEN0 6ucrarea de licen este alctuit din 8.&A. pagini i are urmtoarea structur! 1. Prezentarea temei lucrrii: 1234 Se prezint tema propriu&zis, importana sa ,n contextul tiinific actual, motivaia alegerii temei, cu argumente de ordin practic i teoretic$ 2. Fundamentarea teoretic, inclusiv anexe: 352674 6ucrarea se azeaz pe un ansam lu de cunotine teoretice pe care le integreaz ,n scopul atingerii o iectivelor$ Acest ansam lu, cuprinz'nd modelele teoretice apelate, metodele utilizate, criteriile adoptate, te2nicile folosite etc$, prezentat ,n sintez i ,ntr&o manier coerent, constituie fundamentarea teoretic a lucrrii$ 3. Dezvoltarea aplicativ, inclusiv anexe: 752854 6ucrarea tre uie s demonstreze capacitatea a solventului de a aplica ,n practic, su o form sau alta, cunotinele teoretice do 'ndite$ <a se poate concretiza ,n modele, cercetri operaionale, studii de caz, etc$ Aceast parte cuprinde 0acolo unde este cazul" o iectivele cercetrii, ipotezele, metodologia de lucru, su iecii, design&ul experimental$ 4. Concluzii + i lio!ra"ie: 3274 +oncluziile realizeaz o autoevaluare a rezultatelor lucrrii, cu su linierea aspectelor originale, a avanta7elor i limitelor soluiilor oferite i a elementelor de legtur utile unei eventuale continuri a temei$ @i liografia constituie o enumerare su o form ine precizat a lucrrilor folosite pentru ela orarea lucrrii de licen$ <numerarea unor lucrri care nu se regsesc citate pe parcursul lucrrii este inutil$ REDACTAREA LUCRRII DE LICEN No'$# )# '#)a&"a'# 6ucrarea tre uie redactat la calculator, de preferin ,n Bord, cu litera 0fontul" Cimes DeE Roman, corp )3, la ),* r'nduri$ /n textul propriu&zis, se va folosi litera regular 0normal, dreapt"$ 6itera italic, va fi folosit pentru evidenierea citatelor ,n g2ilimele, precum i pentru titlurile lucrrilor citate sau numele pu licaiilor$ 6itera old va fi folosit pentru cuvintele importante, pe care autorul dorete s le evidenieze$ 4ac ,n interiorul unui citat exist cuvinte su liniate, se va folosi litera old italic$ 6ucrrile se vor redacta cu semnele diacritice specifice lim ii rom'ne 0, ,, ', , , F, /, G, H, I"$ Aspectul paginii standard! pagina se va seta din calculator astfel ,nc't, la ieirea din imprimant, marginea dinspre cotor s fie de ; cm, iar marginea li er de ),* cm$ R'ndurile vor fi aliniate i la st'nga i la dreapta 0 7ustifJ"$ Citlurile lucrrii vor fi su ordonate conform algoritmului!
