ACTIVITATEA DE VOLUNTARIAT ÎN GRĂDINIŢĂ

A trezi şi a dezvolta spiritul voluntariatului la copii,a cultiva valorile lui este una dintre
sarcinile de seamă ale educatoarelor. Nu numai în prag de sărbătoare lumina,fericirea şi
zâmbetul ar trebui să fie pe feţele celor mici,ci permanent. Activităţile de voluntariat
constituie o bogată experienţă de învăţare,facilitând dezvoltarea unor competenţe sociale şi
dezvoltând sentimentul de solidaritate la copii.
În calitate de cadru didactic ai menirea de a forma la copii gustul pentru activităţile
care au ca finalitate împlinirea sufletească prin bucuria adusă celor care au nevoie de ea. Şi
putem aminti multe astfel de activităţi: vizite la centre de copii sau
bătrâni,concursurile,evenimente organizate,la care se pot face donaţii ce pot fi folosite pentru
cei care au atâta nevoie.
Pentru copil cadrul didactic este un model pe care tinde să-l imite,să-l urmeze. De
aceea,cu cât copilul înţelege de mic că,este important să-i ajute pe alţii fără să primească
beneficii materiale cu atât se va implica mai mult. Pe măsură ce va creşte şi va înţelege acest
lucru, când va fi mai mare îşi va asuma ca persoană statutul de voluntar. Astfel de lucruri îl
formează ca om şi îl pregătesc pentru viaţa de adult.

Rousing and developing the spirit of volunteerism in children, they cultivate the values
of one of the chief tasks of teachers. Not only on the threshold of celebration light, happiness
and smile should be the faces of those small but permanent. Voluntary activities constitute a
rich learning experience, facilitating the development of social skills and developing their
sense of solidarity in children.
As a teacher you're meant to form in children a taste for activities that are aimed at
fulfillment of mind brought joy to those who need it most. And can recall many such
activities: visits to centers for children or elderly people, competitions, events, to which
donations can be made that can be used for those who need so much.
For the child the teacher is a model that aims to imitate him, to follow him. Therefore,
as the small child understands that it is important to help others without receiving much
material benefit will be involved more. As you grow and understand this, it will be higher that
person will assume the status of a volunteer. They comprise such things as a person and
prepare him for adult life.
