INNOCELL FG3000
1. Aspecte generale

Testul de malaxare uscata este un test sigur folosit pentru a verifica dispersia fibrelor in amestecul de
agregate minerale incinse. Dupa 15 secunde de malaxare uscata, amestecul este scos cu ajutorul
cupei unui incarcator frontal inainte de adaugarea bitumului. Acest test se va efectua in corelare cu
evaluarea mixturii asfaltice standard in care s-au folosit fibrele INNOCELL.

2. Evaluare

Dupa amplasarea mixturii incinse pe pamant, stratul superior este indepartat pentru a putea privi
indeaproape inauntrul amestecului. Rezultatele obtinute arata ca INNOCELL FG3000 sunt bine
distribuite in amestec inca din acest stadiu al malaxarii. Evaluarea mixturii asfaltice standard confirma
inalta eficienta a INNOCELL. In anumite situatii este util ca testul de malaxare uscata sa fie efectuat
fara ca in amestec sa fie introdus nisipul si filerul pentru a putea avea un mai bun control vizual.
