Denumirea de "analist financiar" este utilizata si in alte contexte, in functie de organizatia in care persoana respectiva isi desfasoara activitatea. In afara industriei serviciilor financiare, diverse organizatii angajeaza analisti financiari cu responsabilitati diverse: planificare financiara (bugetare), generarea de rapoarte financiare de management, analiza statistica a unor diversi indicatori financiari, analiza profitabilitatii unor linii de produse, departamente sau sectoare de activitate etc. Analistii financiari nu trebuie insa confundati cu specialistii din departamentele de contabilitate. Descrierea postului:
Responds to ad-hoc data requests (data and/or analysis) from business or Corporate; Reports monthly Pharma business and consolidates Romania results on IFRS basis, in line with Group accounting policies, including stock reconciliation & reporting, and weekly and monthly sales reporting & forecasting; Monitors, analyses and understands Pharma business performance; Provides proactive financial analysis and decision support to the Pharma Commercial business, reviewing and challenging business performance and plans through the team of analysts; Provide support on prepares annual financial budget and forecasts during the year; Actively seeking for ways to improve processes; Developing new ideas and solutions about specific issues.

Cerinte:
University degree in business administration, finance or accounting; Minimum of 1 year in this capacity and 2-3 years working as auditors; MS Office proficiency; English advanced level; High standards for work quality, strong attention to detail, and able to deliver accurate and timely reports;

 Delivering all communication with clarity, impact tailored to the audience; Able to use a range of sources and methods to obtain information relevant to a particular task, activity or role; Being able to understand and state different perspectives, or develop at least two different options for the way forward simultaneously; Team player to facilitate groups of individuals to work together on creating solutions; Gaining the buy-in of others by showing the advantages, benefits and features of own solution and ideas.
