Este nevoie de doi oameni unul la roata care sa deschida si inchida aerisitorul si

unul la laptop la VAG-COM - se foloseste pompa de boost si functia de Bleed -


ABS barkes - Basic settings si la groupul 02 ai System bleed va activa pompa de
boost pentru 10 sec
Procedura este asa:

- Vasul trebuie mentinut plin tot timpul

- Se porneste de la roata cea mai indepartate de pompa in urmatoarea ordine:


drepta spate, stanga spate, dreapta fata, stanga fata

- este recomandat sa folosesti un furtunas si o sticla transpaenta sa poti


observa cand lichidul devine transparent si nu mai ies bule de aer

- daca lichidul nu a mai fost schimbat de mult la inceput culoarea lui o sa fie
maro - este recomndat sa golesti sticla dupa fiecare 3 activari ale pompei sa iti
poti da seama cand lichidul se curata si nu uita sa tii vasul de lichid plin

- la prima roata (dreapta spate) o sa dureze cel mai mult deoarece daca lichidul
nu a fost schimbat pana se inlocuieste lichidul vechi cu cel nou dureaza

1 - prima persoana activeaza pompa accesand grupul 2, pompa se va auzi


pornind si va merge 10 secunde - cand se aude pompa pornind se deschide
aerisitorul si se numara pana la 7 (sec) in gand dupa care se strange aerisitorul
iar pompa va continua sa mearga inca ~3 sec - aceasta procedura va fi reluata
pana ce culoarea lichidului ce iese din aerisitor este transparenta si nu mai ies
bule de aer - inca o data atentie la nivelul de lichid din vas sa fie mentinut plin

2 - dupa ce lichidul s-a curatat si nu mai ies bule de aer se strange bine
aerisitorul si se va calca pedala de frana de 10 ori dupa care se va mentine
apasata dar atentie va fi tinuta apasata pana la 3/4 nu pana la fund si se
activeaza din nou pompa din grupul 2 si pedala va fi tinuta apasata pana ce
pompa se opreste - pompa va impinge puternic in pedala asa ca va fi nevoie de
o forta destul de mare pentru a mentine pedala apasata - aceasta procedura
trebuie executata de cate 2 ori pe fiecare roata in parte
3 - se vor mai face inca trei aerisiri ca la punctul 1 apoi se va trece la
urmatoarea roata si se reia ciclul

Aceasta procedura am facut-o la prima masina care avea exact aceeasi


problema cu a ta si mai era si tripptronic - fusesem cu ea in service si mi-au
schimbat lichidul dar au aerisit prin metoda veche cu "fa pedale" ceea ce a dat
roade dar in jur de 60% - dupa ce am facut procedura de mai sus pe langa
faptul ca a mai iesit o gramada de lichid maro mai aveam si ceva aer pe acolo -
la procedura cu "fa pedale" nu se inlocuieste lichidul si mai ales nu se aeriseste
si pompa de ABS. La primul test am dat cu pieptul de volan - aveam o frana de
milioane

Atentie ca este o problema - la grupul 03 este ABS/ESP system test - daca


accesezi grupul 03 din greseala se va activa functia de test si vei ramane fara
ABS si ESP pentru asta va trebui sa urmezi procedura de mai jos dar e mai bine
sa nu se intample - eu am gresit si m-am cam chinuit apoi pt ca nu mi a iesit din
prima

TDI Lift Pump Activation with VCDS

Procedure for Bleeding the ABS Brake Pump in many older VW Golf, GTI,
Jetta, and Audi TT with Mk20 or Mk60:

[Select]
[03 - ABS Brakes] 
[Basic Settings - 04]
Group 001 (may be group 002 in Mk3 VW Golf/Jetta)
[Go!]

This will trigger the ABS pump to turn on for about 10 seconds. You
should hear the fairly loud pump clicking during this time.

Click the [Done, Go Back] button and you're all set.

Procedure for Bleeding the ABS Brake Pump in many older VW Passat
and Audi A4/S4, A6/S6, and A8/S8:

This will trigger the ABS pump to turn on for about 10 seconds. You
should hear the fairly loud pump clicking during this time.

Click the [Done, Go Back] button and you're all set.

Open Rear Parking Brake
Prerequisites:

 Connect a battery charger as per repair manual.


 Ignition on, engine off.
 Cycle the Parking Brake ON, then OFF first. The normal hydraulic
brake pedal must be applied before the EPB will operate.
 The parking brake MUST be OFF or Basic Settings cannot
operate. Measuring Block group 012.2 can be used to confirm if
the status is Open (released/off) or Closed (clamped/on).

Activate the Basic Setting.
[ON/OFF/Next]
The brake pads are now opening.
Important: Wait 30 seconds after the brakes stop moving before carrying
out the next step.
Due to a firmware problem in some modules, failure to wait can result in
damage to the control module.

[Close Controller, Go Back - 06]

 Turn ignition off.


The caliper pistons do not move back into the caliper, this is normal.

Close Rear Parking Brake


Prerequisites:

 Connect a battery charger as per repair manual.


 The Parking Brake must be OFF before Basic Setting are possible.

Group 006
[Go!]
Activate the Basic Setting.
[ON/OFF/Next]
The brake pads are now closing.
Important: Wait 30 seconds after the brakes stop moving before carrying
out the next step.

damage to the control module.

[Close Controller, Go Back - 06]

Function Test
Prerequisites:

 Connect a battery charger as per repair manual.


 The Parking Brake must be OFF before Basic Setting are possible.

Activate the Basic Setting.
[ON/OFF/Next]
The brake pads are now opening and closing 3 times.
Important: Wait 30 seconds after the brakes stop moving before carrying
out the next step.

damage to the control module.

Longitudinal Acceleration Sensor (G251)
Prerequisites:

 System voltage at least 12.0 V.

Check field 4, the value has to be between -1.5 and +1.5 m/s².

[Close Controller, Go Back - 06]

The status of the Longitudinal Acceleration Sensor (G251) is now being
displayed.

To make sure the basic setting was successful, check the sensor again.
