orasului. Amplasamentul de afla intr-o zona cu caracter mixt - locuire , dotari medicale si activitati economice si industriale.
In momentul de fata legatura dintre zona studiata si punctele de interes major din cadul municipiului se realizeaza pe artere
secundare de circulatie.
Prin P U G -ul minicpiului Cluj-Napoca, se propune o artera noua de circulatie cu profil de 21m iar arterele principale aflate in
imediata vecinatate se propun spre largire. In concluzie legatura intre zona studiata si punctele de interes se va realiza mai facil.
