Informaiile oferite la Centrul de Informare i ghideaz pe potenialii
beneficiari ctre tipul de finanare specific iniiativelor i profilului lor.
n plus, i ajut pe cei nefamiliarizai cu procedurile de finanare s
neleag paii care trebuie parcuri pentru obinerea unei finanri.
Centrul acoper o arie larg de teme i informaii de actualitate preluate

Activitatea Centrului de Informare se axeaz pe dou prioriti:


(1) informeaz cetenii, companiile i instituiile publice locale i
centrale cu privire la oportunitile de finanare existente, n timp real i
cu informaii relevante;
(2) comunic obiectivele i realizrile n domeniul instrumentelor
structurale, prin evidenierea proiectelor finanate din fonduri
structurale ce pot fi modele de reuit i mbuntesc viaa oamenilor
n comunitile n care au fost implementate.
Centrul de Informare ofer asisten (Help Desk), deruleaz campanii
de informare i administreaz site-ul www.fonduri-ue.ro. La sediul
Centrului de Informare se gsesc materiale realizate de ctre instituiile
cu atribuii n gestionarea fondurilor structurale i materiale realizate de
diferii beneficiari.
Campanii de informare
Campaniile de informare se vor desfura trimestrial i vor conine
evenimente de comunicare att la nivel local, ct i naional. Informarea
va fi intit, specific i cu relevan pentru fiecare categorie de
beneficiari n parte. Canalele de comunicare prin care se vor transmite
informaiile, altele dect Help Desk-ul, sunt:

> Evenimente de informare, organizate n cele opt regiuni de dezvoltare;


> Buletine informative;
> Brouri cu proiecte de succes;
> Site-ul www.fonduri-ue.ro;
> Reelele de socializare Facebook, Twitter i LinkedIn.

INFORMATION CENTRE FOR STRUCTURAL


INSTRUMENTS
The information provided by the Information Centre guides potential
beneciaries towards the type of nancing specic to their initiatives
and prole. Moreover, it helps those unfamiliarized with the nancing
procedures to better understand the steps that they need to take in order
to obtain funding.
The Centre covers a large range of topics and updated information taken
over from the entire management system of Structural and Cohesion
Funds: managing authorities, intermediate bodies, institutions with coordination tasks.
The activity of the Information Centre focuses on two priorities:
(1) Real time and relevant information for citizens, companies and local
and central public institutions regarding the existing nancing opportunities;
(2) Communicating objectives and achievements in the eld of structural
instruments, by emphasizing the projects nanced from structural funds
that may act as success models and that improve life of people in those
communities where they have been implemented.
The Information Centre provides help-desk assistance, undertakes information campaigns and manages the www.fonduri-ue.ro website. Materials developed by those institutions responsible for managing structural
instruments and materials developed by various beneciaries may be
found at the Information Centre headquarters.
Information campaigns
The information campaigns shall take place on a quarterly basis and shall
include communication events at local and national level. Information
shall be targeted, specic and relevant for each category of beneciaries.
The communication cha-nnels used for sending information, other than
the Help Desk, are:

> Information events, organized in the eight regions of development;


> Newsletters;
> Booklets presenting successful projects;
