1. PREZENTARE GENERAL
Din punct de vedere economic, pierderile colare
reprezint un indicator al eficienei sistemului colar; cu ct
indicele este mai mic, cu att sistemul colar este mai eficient.
Cercetrile realizate n deceniile apte i opt referitor la
abandonul colar pot fi grupate n trei mari categorii,
corespunztoare perspectivelor de abordare / interpretare:
1. Abordarea psihosocial a urmrit s demonstreze c
aceia care abandoneaz coala difer de cei care i finalizeaz
studiile n ceea ce priete unul sau mai multe atribute
psihosociale sau trsturi de personalitate; numeroase studii de
aceast factur au investigat rolul motivaiei, inteligenei,
imaginii de sine i agresivitii n decizia de-a abandona coala.
2. Perspectiva interacionist interpreteaz abandonul
ca pe o consecin a interaciunii dintre caracteristicile
individuale ale elevilor i cele ale mediului educaional, n care
se includ ceilali actori sociali (profesori, colegi) i variabile ale

ABSTRACT: The need for language learning occurs in ancient times, and
now that the borders between countries are increasingly insignificant,
becomes imperative, and thus leading to accountability those who teach,
forced to question themselves constantly to find effective methods that to
attract students to which changes in social and economic life have passed
without influence both their behavior and attitudes to learning.
Methods are becoming more diverse, constantly changing and adapting,
adaptation is consistent with the aspirations and expectations of a new
generation of students with behavior and attitude to learning far different
from those of previous generations.
