I. PROGRAMUL STAGIULUI DE PRACTIC

Scopul practicii const n consolidarea cunotinelor i competenelor profesionale.

Obiectivele practicii:

S realizeze diverse obiective ale activitii profesionale, utiliznd cunotinele i abilitile


formate n cadrul cursurilor universitare;
S acumuleze informaii despre evoluia domeniului de activitate;
S ia decizii n diverse situaii ale activitii profesionale;
S identifice problemele instituiei i s contribuie la soluionarea lor;
S manifeste interes pentru activitatea instituiei n care efectueaz practica;
S preia experiene noi de activitate profesional care vor contribui la formarea competenelor
profesionale;
S acumuleze informaii necesare pentru elaborarea tezei de licen.

II. DURATA STAGIULUI DE PRACTIC

Practica de iniiere se deruleaz pentru o perioad de 4 sptmni, stabilit n conformitate cu


termenii calendaristicii ai Planului de studiu.
Plan tematic i coninuturi ale activitilor practicii de iniiere:
1. Aspecte generale privind structura i organizarea activitii organizaiei/instituiei.
2. Practica de stabilire a relaiilor cu partenerii externi i identificarea oportunitilor.
3. Rolul organizaiei n desfurarea relaiilor internaionale, integrrii europene.
4. Participarea la desfurarea activitii cotidiene a instituiei/organizaiei i respectarea
angajamentelor stabilite n conformitate cu coordonatorul practicii din instituie/organizaie.

III. JURNALUL DE PRACTIC.

Prin intermediul jurnalului de practic, studentul reflecteaz analitic i critic asupra activitii practice
desfurate pe tot parcursul acesteia.
Fiecare student are responsabilitatea de a trece n revist cele mai importante aspecte ale activitii
practice, precum i aspecte legate de:
Prezentarea instituiei tipul i profilul, cadrul legislativ n baza cruia funcioneaz instituia;
Prezentarea activitilor desfurate de ctre student;
Relaiile studentului cu coordonatorul - ndrumtor, cu ceilali membri ai personalului;
Evaluarea instituiei baz de realizare a practicii;
Autoevaluarea activitilor, aspectele care se cer mbuntite pe viitor.

IV. N CADRUL DESFURRII PRACTICII STUDENTUL


ESTE OBLIGAT:

S realizeze sarcinile specificate n programul practicii;


S ndeplineasc cerinele administraiei instituiei;
S se conformeze regulamentului interior al instituiei date;
Materialele adiionale - se anexeaz.

V. INSTRUCIUNI PENTRU STUDENTUL PRACTICANT.

a) nainte de a pleca la practic, e necesar:

A determina n amnunte caracterul i termenul stagiului de practic;


A obine ndreptarea la practic n care este indicat denumirea instituiei i adresa juridic
concret;
A coordona la catedr programul de lucru;
A examina detaliat cu coordonatorul de la catedra de specialitate obiectivele stagiului de practic;
A solicita coordonatorului de la catedra de specialitate consultaii i instruciuni n vederea
organizrii i desfurrii practicii.

b) Sosit la locul practicii, studentul practicant este obligat:

S se prezinte la direcia instituiei, departamentului unde va avea loc practica;


S primeasc un document ce ar legifera prezena studentului practicant n instituie;
S stabileasc de comun acord cu coordonatorul de la catedra de specialitate programul de
activitate;
S ia cunotin de regulamentul de ordine interioar al instituiei, organizaiei date;
S determine condiiile de activitate n cadrul instituiei de comun acord cu coordonatorul
ndrumtor;
S completeze cu acuratee jurnalul de practic, deoarece nsemnrile fcute constituie materialul
de baz pentru ntocmirea raportului despre practica.

VI. ROLURI I RESPONSABILITI ALE STUDENTULUI - PRACTICANT.

1. Ca beneficiar al procesului de formare a abilitilor profesionale:

S contientizeze faptul c este responsabil pentru calitatea propriei pregtiri practice;


S manifeste interes real fa de oportunitile de nvare oferite de instituie.

2. Fiind student USM, stagiarul trebuie:

S aplice i s ajusteze adecvat cunotinele teoretice la situaii practice concrete;


S respecte regulamentul intern al instituiei baz de realizare a stagiului de practic;
S evalueze corect locul de practic n perspectiva continurii colaborrii cu respectiva instituie.

3. Ca reprezentant al propriilor interese studentul trebuie:

S valorifice optim oportunitile de nvare;


S reafirme statutul su atunci cnd este necesar;
S ndeplineasc obiectivele prevzute de ctre program.

4. Ca reprezentant al instituiei de profil studentului i se cere:

S aib o inut corespunztoare;


S menin relaii de colaborare ntre instituie i Universitate.
