Cercetări statistice privind activitatea de
turism a persoanelor juridice şi fizice care deţin
structuri de cazare turistică cu 5 locuri - pat şi
peste (activitatea de cazare turistică).
Precizări metodologice:
Prin structură de primire turistică cu
functiune de cazare turistica se înţelege orice
construcţie sau amenajare care furnizează în mod
permanent sau sezonier serviciul de cazare şi alte
servicii specifice pentru turişti.
Vilele şi pensiunile turistice se constituie ca
structuri de primire turistică cu funcţiuni de cazare
distincte pentru fiecare clădire în parte, chiar dacă
au o recepţie comună pentru mai multe vile sau
pensiuni.
Hostelurile reprezintă structuri de cazare
turistică cu o capacitate de minim 3 camere sau
apartamente, dispuse pe un nivel sau mai multe
niveluri, în spaţii amenajate, de regulă în clădiri
cu altă destinaţie iniţială, alta decât cea de cazare
turistică.
Pensiunile turistice sunt structuri de primire
turistică având o capacitate de cazare de
până la 15 camere, totalizând maxim 60 de locuri,
funcţionând în locuinţele cetăţenilor sau în clădiri
independente, care asigură în spaţii special
amenajate cazarea turiştilor şi condiţiile de
pregătire şi servire a mesei.
În numărul structurilor de primire
turistică cu funcţiuni de cazare turistică au fost
cuprinse structurile existente la 31 iulie, din anul
respectiv. Se exclud structurile a căror activitate a
fost întreruptă în vederea realizării unor reparaţii
capitale sau pentru modificări importante ale
capacităţii de cazare sau/şi a categoriei de
încadrare.
Nu se cuprind în cercetarea statistică,
structurile de primire turistică cu funcţiuni de
cazare turistică cu o capacitate de cazare instalată
de mai puţin de 5 locuri.

Exhaustive statistical survey on tourism
activity of natural and legal persons that hold
tourist accommodation structures with 5bed-
places and over (touristic accommodation
activity).
Methodological notes:
Establishment of touristic reception
with functions of touristic accommodation
means any building or settlement which
permanently or seasonally provides the tourists
with accommodation and other specific
services.
Touristic villas and boarding houses
represent establishments of touristic reception
with functions of accommodation, distinct for
each building, even if they have the same
reception desk for several villas or touristic
boarding houses.
Hostels represent establishments of
touristic accommodation with capacity of
minimum 3 rooms or flats, situated on one level
or more, in special arranged places, usually in
buildings with other initial destination, other
than the touristic accommodation one.
Touristic boarding houses –
establishments of touristic reception with an
accommodation capacity of up to 15 rooms,
with maximum of 60 accommodation places,
operating in the houses of citizens or in
independent establishments that provide
accommodation and conditions to prepare and
serve meals for tourists in spaces properly
designed.
Establishments of touristic reception
with functions of touristic accommodation
were included the establishments existing on
July 31, of the respective year. The
establishments whose activity was interrupted
for capital repairs or for changing the
accommodation capacity and/or category were
excluded.
The establishments of touristic reception
having functions of touristic accommodation
with accommodation capacity of less than 5
places are not included in the statistical
survey.

Nu se cuprind în structurile de primire
turistică cu funcţiuni de cazare turistică:
structurile de cazare folosite în exclusivitate de
posesori sau chiriaşi, pe o durată mai mare de un
an, indiferent de clasificarea acestora; locuinţele
secundare ale populaţiei, utilizate în scopuri
turistice în mod exclusiv de posesorii acestora;
căminele, internatele şcolare pe perioada anului
şcolar; unităţile spitaliceşti (cu excepţia
sanatoriilor şi altor spaţii similare ce practică în
mod exclusiv activităţi turistice); vagoanele
dormitor; adăposturile şi refugiile montane şi
similare; barăcile şi dormitoarele pentru
muncitori; căminele de bătrâni şi casele de copii.
Capacitatea de cazare turistică existentă
(instalată) reprezintă numărul de locuri de cazare
de folosinţă turistică înscrise în ultimul act de
recepţie, omologare sau clasificare al structurii de
primire turistică cu funcţiuni de cazare turistică,
exclusiv paturile suplimentare care se pot instala
în caz de necesitate. Sunt luate în calcul numărul
de locuri din structurile existente la 31 iulie din
anul respectiv.
Capacitatea de cazare turistică în
funcţiune (exprimată în locuri-zile) reprezintă
numărul de locuri de cazare puse la dispoziţia
turiştilor de către structurile de primire turistică cu
funcţiuni de cazare turistică, înmulţit cu numărul
de zile cât sunt deschise structurile în perioada
considerată. Se exclud locurile din camerele sau
structurile închise temporar din lipsă de turişti,
pentru reparaţii sau pentru alte motive.
Indicii de utilizare netă a capacităţii de
cazare turistică în funcţiune se calculează prin
raportarea numărului de înnoptări realizate, la
capacitatea de cazare turistică în funcţiune
(exprimată în locuri-zile), din perioada respectivă.

include: establishments of accommodation
used exclusively by owners or tenants, during
more than one year, no matter their
classification; secondary dwellings of
population used for touristic purposes
exclusively by their owners; hostels, boarding -
schools during school year; hospital units
(except for sanatoria and other similar units
exclusively practicing touristic activities);
sleeping cars; mountain shelters and refuges
and similar; huts and bedrooms for workers;
elderly people hostels and orphanages.
Existing (installed) touristic
accommodation capacity represents the
number of touristic accommodation places
recorded in the last reception, homologation or
classification document of the establishment of
touristic reception with functions of touristic
accommodation, the additional beds that can
be fixed if necessary, excluded. The number of
places in the establishments existing on July
31, of the respective year are taken into
calculation.
Touristic accommodation capacity in
operation (by places-days) represents the
number of available accommodation places for
tourists in establishments of touristic reception
with functions of touristic accommodation,
multiplied with the number of days when the
establishments are opened during the
respective period. The places in rooms or
establishments temporarily closed because of
lack of tourists, for repairs or other reasons,
are excluded.
Indices of net using the touristic
accommodation capacity in operation are
calculated by dividing the total number of
overnight stays with the touristic
accommodation capacity in operation,
(expressed in places-days), in the respective
period.
