Title and acronym, as appropriate, of the Activity

Digitization the C.HUB coworking space in order to support entrepreneurships and Start-uPs in the context of the
COVID-19 pandemic.
Digitalizarea spatiului de coworking C.HUB in vederea sustinerii antreprenorilor, freelancerilor si Start-
UP-urilor in contextul pandemiei COVID-19.

My name is Gadei Cristina-Gina, I’m from Romania. Digitalizarea spatiului de coworking C.HUB in vederea
sustinerii antreprenorilor, freelancerilor si Start-UP-urilor in contextul pandemiei COVID-19.

Referinţe, istoric şi experienţa care mă recomandă pentru implementarea acestei idei de afaceri:

 In perioada feb 2019 – feb 2020 –Implementare Finantare Start up Plus Antreprenoriat Solutie
durabila pentru ocupare ID 105344

• În perioada 2013 – prezent coordonez activitatea de Trade Marketing din 15 judeţe (aproximativ
140 de farmacii) – experienţă dobândită în gestionarea acţiunilor de marketing, colaborări cu mediul
public şi cel privat.

• În perioada 2008-2011 am activat ca voluntar în ONG-ul AIESEC – unde am înţeles importanţa de


a face parte dintr-o comunitate cu valori comune. Am coordonat Centrul de tineret Leader Plus – proiect
care avea ca scop dezvoltarea personală şi profesională a studenţilor prin organizarea de traininguri,
worhshopuri şi evenimente;

• Am susţinut traininguri în domeniul Retail

• Cursuri acreditate: Competenţe antreprenoriale, Evaluator Proiecte, Manager de Proiect, Trainer

• Am participat la sesiuni de formare pe domenii precum: Public Speaking, Team management,


Conflict management, Time management, Personal branding, Emoţional Intelligence, Managing my
performance , Building a strategy, Impact others , About leadership, Business Performance

C.HUB este un spatiu de coworking infiintat anul trecut in luna septembrie in Galati, Romania – in acest
moment fiind singurul spatiu de coworking din Galati. De cand a luat nastere, acest spatiu a reusit sa
atraga freelanceri, start upuri si antreprenori, atingandu-si cu succes obiectivul de a forma o comunitate
puternica in plina ascensiune. In contextul pandemiei COVID-19, aceasta dezvoltare a fost blocata
complet. Ne dorim sa venim in sprijinul freelancerilor, antrepenorilor si Start-upurilor prin digitalizarea
acestui spatiu de coworking – astfel incat business urile sa se poata promova fara sa se supuna riscurilor
sau incalcarii masurilor de urgenta, prin transferarea completa a business-ului in online. Venim in
suportul antreprenorilor cu spatiul fizic, dar si suportul logistic astfel incat sa isi poata promova/lansa
produse online, sa se faca vlogguri, cursuri online, webinarii.

2.1. Origin and background (max 1500 characters)


Please provide a brief description of the motivations that led to the presentation of the current proposal

Digitalizarea singurului spaţiu de coworking (spaţiu de colaborare) din Galaţi reprezintă o idee
revoluţionară care va oferi freelancerilor, antreprenorilor şi startup-upurilor un spaţiu accesibil,
creativ şi colaborativ – un mediu de lucru comun în care aceştia îşi pot derula proiectele/business-
urile individuale in contextul efectelor negative aduse de COVID-19 – prin impunerea distantarii
sociale.

Spaţiul de coworking digitalizat va oferi suport tehnologic, administrativ, şi creativ grupului ţintă
– punând la dispoziţie mai mult decât spaţiul şi serviciile profesionale, dar care va facilita crearea
unei comunităţi online puternice.

In prezent acest spatiu de coworking exista fizic si a contribuit in mod pozitiv la dezvoltarea unei
comunitati puternice prin punerea la dispozitie a unui spatiu dotat pentru derularea de evenimente
corporate, cursuri si intalniri de afaceri. In contextul distantarii sociale din cauza pandemiei
COVID 19, se impune adaptarea prin digitalizarea spatiului in vederea facilitarii activitatii
antreprenorilor, freelancerilor si start upurilor care au fost fortati sa isi digitalizeze business-urile.
Proiectul isi propune sa faciliteze dezvoltarea online prin digitalizarea unui spaţiu de coworking,
care să aibă la bază: schimbul de experienta, interactivitatea şi inovarea online în vederea
stimulării creativităţii şi spiritului antreprenorial; extinderea retelei de contacte; mentinerea
nivelul de informare si educare antreprenoriala (dezvoltare personala si profesionala).

emergency into an important opportunity for entrepreneurs and Start-ups This idea is able to respond to
the necessities of entrepreneur and Start-ups very quickly.

Ideea de afacere constă în digitalizarea unui Spaţiul de coworking (de colaborare) în judeţul
Galaţi, care va reprezenta un studio care va pune la dispozitie suportul logistic (echipament ultra
performant) pentru vlogging, cursuri online, webinarii online, prezentari/lansari de produse.
Unul din avantajele importante este ca antreprenorii si start uurile vor inchiria spatiul si
echipamentul in mod flexibil, fara a se bloca de costurile ridicate daca ar fi sa isi inchirieze
propriul spatiu si sa echipamentele pe cont propriu – in acest context oferim suport
antreprenorilor si Start Upurilor in vederea transferarii businessului in online in contextul
pandemiei COVID 19.

Spatiul de coworking digitalizat isi propune sa vina in ajutorul freelancerilor, start upurilor si

antreprenorilor a caror activitate a fost afectata de pandameia COVID-19 prin punerea la


dispozitie a spatiului si echipamentelor necesare in vederea transferarii complete a business-ului
in online la standarde ridicate.

In contextul distantarii sociale, spaţiul de coworking digitalizat ofera un spatiu complet echipat,
cu formalitati putine astfel incat antreprenorii sa se redreseze rapid in contextul actual, punand la
dispozitie un mediu de lucru profesionist in vederea transferarii complete a businessurilor in
mediul online.

Conceptul de a digitalizare este concentrat pe crearea unui spaţiu ca suport tehnologic in vederea
împărtăşirii cunoştinţelor, inovarii şi de a oferi o experienţa plăcută de lucru a utilizatorilor in
vederea mentinerii legaturii online cu clientul.

Spatiul de coworking digitalizat implica derularea unei activitati independente, conectarea cu


actualii si potentialii clienti se face doar online. Se adreseaza tuturor celor care inteleg ca trebuie
sa se adapteze si ca tehnologia este cea care ii poate salva in acest moment dar si dupa – dupa
trecerea pandemiei clientul nu va mai reveni la vechile obiceiuri pentru ca deja s-a educat sa isi ia
informatia din mediul online.
