Pentru orice modificare a numarului de persoane ma oblig sa instiintez in scris conducerea asociatiei cu
privire la acest fapt. Pentru completarea Cartii de imobil voi prezenta Presedintelui Asociatiei la

Declar ca am luat la cunostinta faptul ca in conditiile Legii 196/2018 si a regulamentului privind
Protectia Datelor Personale, Asociatia este obligata prin lege sa obtina aceste date si sa le foloseasca in
activitatea asociatiei, respectand prevederile legale in vigoare.

writing about this fact. In order to complete the Real Estate Book, I will present to the President of the
Association at his request all the data necessary for completion according to the legislation in force.

to use it in the activity of the association, respecting the legal provisions in force.
