1. Generalitãti

Prezentul catalog prezintã varianta MECANO - U a
stelajelor metalice pentru sustinerea cablurilor electrice în
instalatii industriale. Are o utilizare de peste 27 ani fiind
continuu perfectionat.

2. Descrierea sistemului MECANO - U
D
Stelajele MECANO - U au fost concepute pentru
realizarea traseelor de cabluri în obiective industriale. Aceastã
variantã de stelaje este astfel conceputã încât sã poatã
rezolva toate situatiile apãrute în practicã în conditii de solici-
tare medii.

Utilizarea produsului stelaje MECANO - U prezintã urmã-
toarele avantaje :
- este flexibil si poate rezolva o varietate mare de situatii
apãrute în practica pozãrii cablurilor electrice ;
- montajul elementelor componente se face usor si nu
necesitã personal cu calificare deosebitã ;
- este compus din elemente tipizate, asigurã interschim-
babilitatea elementelor componente sI o esteticã industrialã
deosebitã putând fi folosit într-un numãr mare de variante
constructive ;
- este robust si cu o capacitate portantã ce asigurã
mentinerea integritãtii elementelor componente în timpul ex-
ploatãrii acestora ;
- nu necesitã sudurã sau gãurire la montaj; la închiderea
traseului se vor face adaptãri functie de configuratia traseului;

- este ajustabil, demontabil si reutilizabil.

Principalele sale elemente sunt :
- montanti cu lungimi cuprinse între 200 mm si 2 000 mm ;
- console, având forma solidului de egalã rezistentã, cu
lungimea activã cuprinsã între 200 mm si 600 mm;
- scãrite cu lungimea de 2 000 mm si lãtimea cuprinsã
între 200 mm si 600 mm ;
- elemente specifice pentru asamblare.
Produsul este confectionat din tablã de otel si este aco-
perit cu un strat anticoroziv de zinc.
Zincarea poate fi galvanicã sau termicã asigurând o
bunã functionare în medii de agresivitate pânã la clasa 3,
conform STAS 10128. De asemenea, produsele se pot livra si
vopsite. Aceste cerinte se vor detalia la întocmirea comenzii.
La întelegere, prin comandã specialã, se pot executa alte
dimensiuni si produse decât cele prezentate în acest catalog.
La alegerea elementelor se va avea în vedere cã deschi-
derea maximã de sprijin a scãritelor este de 1 500 mm, iar
încãrcarea maximã admisã este cuprinsã în gama 100 ÷ 390
[daN/m] functie de dimensiunea consolei.
Fixarea diferitelor elemente de montant se va face cu
suruburi M 8 x (35 ÷ 40), clasa 8.8, iar îmbinarea scãritelor se
va face cu suruburi M 8 x 30, clasa 8.8.

Informatiile continute în catalog referitoare la încãrcãri si
sarcini portante servesc drept ghid si pot fi utilizate dupã
propria dorintã.

3. Asigurarea calitãtii

Produsul se poate executa la cerere în unul din sistemele

de asigurarea calitãtii implementate în cadrul I.E.A. :
- sistem de asigurarea calitãtii conform SR EN ISO 9 001;
- sistem de asigurarea calitãtii în baza Legii 6/1982 în
baza cãruia produsele pot fi conform NMC7 (Ordin 71/2001).
În comandã se va preciza sistemul de asigurare a calitãtii.

5. Comanda

Pentru comandã se va preciza codul produsului, denumi-

rea reperului, codul alfanumeric al reperului. Dacã este cazul,
se va mentiona sistemul de asigurarea calitãtii în care se
doreste a fi executat.
Exemplu: C.02 Montant SM-08, conform ISO 9 000.

6. Livrarea

MECANO - U poate fi livrat numai de societatea noastrã,
acesta fiind proprietatea ENERGOMONTAJ I.E.A. si protejat
conform legii de Oficiul de Stat Pentru Inventii si Mãrci.
Produsele se livreazã în stare ambalatã si conservate
corespunzãtor conditiilor de transport si depozitare precizate
de beneficiar.

mare de aplicatii, deci se va putea rezolva si problema dvs.

1. Generals

The catalogue hereinclosed presents MECANO - U type
of the steel rackings used for supporting electrical cables in
industrial equipments. It has been used for more than 27 years
and it was permanently improved.

2. Description of MECANO - U System
D
MECANO - U rackings have been created for cable
raceways in industrial equipments. This type of rackings is
especially created, so as to solve all situations that practically
occur in medium conditions of operation.
D
The use of the product MECANO - U rackings presents
the following advantages :
- it is flexible and it may solve a great variety of situa-
tions that occur when installing electrical cables;
- mounting of components is carried out easily and it
doesn’t require a staff with special training;
- it is composed of typified components, thus assuring
their interchangeability and an industrial aesthetics and it may
be used in a great number of types;
- it is strongly constructed, having a supporting capacity
that assures the maintenance of the components during
operation;
- it doesn’t require welding or piercing when mounting;
when ending the line, adjustments shall be carried out
according to the shape of the raceway;
- it is easy to adjust, disasemble, reuse.
It’s main components are:
- mounting beams with a length of 200 mm up to 2 000
mm;

- brackets, having the shape of a solid of equal strength,

with an active length of 200 mm up to 600 mm;
-ladders with the length of 2 000 mm and an width of
200 mm up to 600 mm;
- specific components for mounting.
The product is made of steel plate and is coated with a
corrosion proof zinc layer.
Zinc coating may either be galvanic or hot dip, thus
assuring a good operation in heavy duty environements up
to class 3, according to STAS 10128. The products can also
be supplied as ready-painted. These details shall be enclosed
when ordering.
On the basis of common agreement and at special
order, other dimensions and products, different of the ones
presented herein, can be manufactured.
When choosing components, one must take into account
that the maximum supporting opening of the ladders is of
1 500 mm and the maximum admitted loading is in the range
of 100 ÷ 390 [daN/m], according to the dimension of the
bracket.
Affixing of the different mounting beam components shall
be done with M 8 x (35 ÷ 40) screws, class 8.8, and joining of
the ladders shall be done with M 8 x 30 screws, class 8.8.
