CONDENSAREA LATERAL LA RECE STANDARDUL DE AUR
N ENDODONIE ,
Prin relevana i complexitatea sa, problema diagnosticului i tratamen- ,
tului formelor cronice ale ulpitei este una din principalele n stomatolo-
gia terapeutic. Cauzele naltei incidene a pulpitei cronice pot fi multiple: ,
procentul mare de carie dentar n rndul populaiei, adresarea intrziat,
teama patologic fa de intervenia stomatologic etc. ,
Obturarea canalului radicular reprezint o etap important a trata-
mentului endodontic, asigurnd umplerea cavitii acestuia i a ramificri-
lor adiacente cu materiale ermetice n scopul izolrii parodoniului de ca-
vitatea dentar, tratamentul focarelor periapicale a inflamaiilor cronice i
crearea barierei biologice naturale. Plombarea canalelor radiculare previne . ,
ptrunderea exsudatului periapical n canalul radicular. Sigilarea canalului
previne infectarea secundar i creeaz un mediu biologic favorabil pentru
vindecarea esuturilor parodontale.
O atenie deosebit a fost acordat tehnicii de obturare a canalelor ra-
diculare prin condensare lateral, deoarece aceast metod are o reputaie .

Au fost examinai clinic i tratai trei pacieni cu diagnosticul de pulpit
cronic fibroas.
Pentru obturarea canalului radicular prin tehnica condensrii laterale
am utilizat diferite sealere. Ulterior, am efectuat o evaluare a calitii i a
eficienei tratamentului. .
Totui, n viitorul apropiat, probabil c nu se prevede s apar alterna- .
tiva gutapercei, apt s concureze cu aceasta din punct de vedere practic al
rezultatului i, de asemenea, din punctul de vedere al raportului cost ca-
litate. De aceea n anii apropiai gutaperca va rmne materialul universal
pentru sigilarea canalelor radiculare n tratamentul endodontic.

Summary
COLD LATERAL CONDENSATION GOLD STANDARD IN EN-
DODONTICS
On an urgency and complexity the problem of diagnostics and treat-
ment of chronic forms of a pulpitis is one of main in therapeutic stoma-
tology. The reasons of high prevalence of chronic pulpitis can be much: a
high caries incidence of our population, late negotiability, pathological fear
before stomatologic intervention etc.
Obturation of the root canal is an important stage in endodontic treat-
ment, which ensures dense filling of its cavity and additional branches with
sealing materials in order to isolate periodontium and dental cavity, treats
periapical centers of chronic inflammations and creates natural biological
barrier. Sealing of root canals prevents intrusion of periapical exudate into
the root canal. Sealing of the canal prevents secondary infection and creates
favorable biological environment for healing periodontal tissue.
The special attention was given to way of a seals up of root channels
