IT Project Manager facilitates the collaboration between the project teams articulating business /
operational needs and defining the appropriate technology solution. The IT PM will also drive
the deployment of Run-the-bank deployment projects for BNP PF Romania Operations and
business.
 His mission will be to plan, organise, and integrate cross-functional information technology
projects that are significant in scope and impact, inside of IT BNP PF Romania project
framework.

As IT Project Manager must understand architecture of BNP PF Romania’s applications and

constraints related with them.

Main objectives are related with managing projects (seeing the project through from inception to
completion, with all involved entities: IT Architect, IT Security, IT development teams, IT
Production teams), plan and follow time and resources, coordinate people (BA team), including
the responsibility for meeting the business’s or client’s needs, offer monthly reports and KPI as
are defined on job description. This position is located on Bucharest, on BNP PF Romania Head
Quarter, but may require trips abroad.

The main responsibilities of this position will be to:

 Guiding and performing strategic analysis for the project

 Organising and managing all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion
 Assembling and coordinating project team members; assigning individual responsibilities
 Preparing requests for proposals and conducting all necessary meetings to facilitate selection
of project services and products
 Manage deployment of projects and activities inside of bank; the candidate will have to
develop deployment project plan, coordinate testing, defect resolution and go-live activities.
 Planning and overseeing the preparation and dissemination of project communications.
 Planning, following-up and validating the developments with business
 Providing functional support during user acceptance testing
 Prepare User guides, Business Cases, Training Material
 Converting business requirement specs into Functional specifications

Requirements:
 BS in Computer Science or Business Information systems or related IT field, or equivalent
work experience required.
 Experience: 3-5 years’ experience in Business Analysis/Project Management

 Knowledge on methods: Waterfall, AGILE
