PENTRU SUCCESUL EVENIMENTULUI PE
ZOOM CU INTERPRETARE SIMULTANĂ
Știm că este important ca tot ceea ce spuneți să fie tradus complet
și corect. De aceea, pentru a vă asigura că interpreții vă aud clar și vă
înțeleg, VĂ RUGĂM:
ÎNAINTE DE EVENIMENT
1. TRIMITEȚI INTERPREȚILOR PREZENTĂRILE SAU ALTE
DOCUMENTE DE LUCRU, CU CEL PUȚIN O ZI ÎNAINTE. Astfel, ei se pot
pregăti pentru subiectul tratat.
2. Asigurați-vă că aveți INSTALATĂ ULTIMA VERSIUNE DE ZOOM,
pentru a beneficia de funcția de interpretare în condiții optime.
ÎN TIMPUL EVENIMENTULUI
3. FOLOSIȚI CĂȘTI CU MICROFON ÎNCORPORAT, pe cât posibil! Astfel
sunetul e mult mai clar și nu se mai aud zgomote de fond. Căștile
recomandate pentru astfel de evenimente sunt cele cu USB sau cele cu
fir. Căștile bluetooth nu pot asigura calitatea necesară a sunetului.
4. VORBIȚI ÎNTR-UN RITM MEDIU, NU FOARTE RAPID, EVENTUAL CU
SCURTE PAUZE DE RESPIRAȚIE ÎNTRE FRAZE!
Din motive tehnice (conexiunea la internet a participanților), la întâlnirile
online pot să apară mici întârzieri sau distorsiuni de sunet. Dacă ritmul
vorbitorilor este prea rapid, există riscul să se piardă idei pentru că nu se
aud clar sau nu se aud deloc.
Important! Dacă nu aveți o conexiune la internet foarte bună, închideți
camera video în timp ce vorbiți; astfel, dați o șansă sunetului să se
transmită mai bine.
5. ÎNCHIDEȚI MICROFONUL DIN FEREASTRA ZOOM („MUTE”) ATUNCI
CÂND NU VORBIȚI, pentru a nu produce microfonie și pentru a evita
transmiterea zgomotelor de fond, care bruiază evenimentul.

TIPS FOR A SUCCESSFUL SIMULTANEOUS
INTERPRETATION
We know it’s important that everything you say should be fully and
correctly translated. So, to make sure the interpreters hear and
understand you clearly, PLEASE follow these tips:
BEFORE THE EVENT
1. MAKE THE EVENT PRESENTATIONS OR DRAFT DOCUMENTS
AVAILABLE TO THE INTERPRETERS, AT LEAST ONE DAY IN ADVANCE.
This will allow them to prepare for the event topic.
2. Make sure you have THE LATEST ZOOM VERSION INSTALLED, so
that you fully benefit from the interpretation function.
DURING THE EVENT
3. Whenever possible, USE HEADSETS WITH MICROPHONE! This way
you get a crispier sound and less background noise. The headsets
recommended for such events are those with a wire, plugged into your
device via USB or a jack. Bluetooth headsets do not provide a proper
sound quality.
4. SPEAK AT AN AVERAGE PACE, NOT TOO FAST, TAKING SHORT
BREAKS TO BREATHE IN BETWEEN SENTENCES!
Network lag or sound distortions may occur during online meetings, for
technical reasons (such as the participants’ internet connection). If
speech is too fast, some ideas might get lost on the way, because the
interpreter cannot hear them clearly, or not at all.
Important! If your internet connection is not very good, turn off the
web camera while you speak, to allow for a better sound transmission.
5. TURN OFF THE MICROPHONE IN YOUR ZOOM WINDOW („MUTE”)
WHEN YOU ARE NOT SPEAKING, to avoid disturbing the event with
microphone feedback and background noise.
