ÎNCETAREA a c t i v i t ă ţ i i
Din cauza pericolului permanent
ce reprezintă erupţia, societăţile U-
nirea şi Română-Americană, cari
au sonde, magazii, baterii de cazane
în apropierea sondei în erupţie, au
oprit orice activitate.
S ’au luat măsuri de siguranţă
pentru a preîntâmpina o catastroiă.
Societatea Unirea a micşorat do­
zele de erupţie a 2 sonde ce se
află în apropiere, care aveau în ul­
timele zile o producţie de circa 60
vagoane zilnic. - ’.v-;.. .. .
Spre seară souda Nr. 14 a socie­
tăţii Prahova, a început să erupă,
pe lângă ţiţei şi gaze. cari luate de
vânt sunt duse la distanţe de peste
un kilometru. Dealurile pe cari se
află vii, porumb şi diverse semănă­
turi, au fost acoperite de ţiţei. P a­
gubele se evaluează, după unii cu­
noscători la 50 milioane lei.
Deasem enea au suferit paBube şi
celelalte sonde vecine, prin înceta­
rea activităţii lor.
Există temeri că şi stratul din ca­
re erupe sonda să slăbească şi
deci să piardă din valoare. O primă
consecinţă a acestei erupţii, este că
presiunea sondelor societăţii Româ-
no-Americană, a scăzut cu câteva
atmosfere.

BERLIN, 27 (Rador). — Ziarul
„Daily Herald“ din Londra a anun­
ţat eri că se exam inează actual­
mente un plan tinzând la acordarea
unui mare împrumut extern Germa­
niei, pentru a se evita astfel prăbu­
şirea planului Young şi încetarea
plăţilor germane în contul repara-
ţiunilor.
După informaţiunile oficiosului la­
burist „Daily Herald“, împrumutul
acesta, având un caracter interna­
ţional, ar urma să îie garantat de
Anglia, Franţa şi Italia.
Ziarul adaugă că in curând com i­
tetul financiar al Societăţii Naţiuni­
lor se va ocupa cu studierea aces­
tui proect.
